To
download these messages you will need a download manager.
If you are using Internet Explorer you can a Mini
Download Manager which can be downloaded here
or use any other download manager. (If you try to download
directly the file will not download completely).
If you are using Mozilla Firefox then there is a
built in download manager so you just have to right click on
the file and save to your computer.
