Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for
looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of
heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a
cloud with power and great glory.
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”>
The resurrection and the rapture draweth nigh when the nations become perplexed. You may be seated, the Lord bless you. And as we promised we would look into this little subject and we already laid a foundation on the New Year’s Eve service and we will preach another message tomorrow, and I am sure that the Lord will give me another one for tomorrow and probably the other days that are coming. So the subject this morning is, “World’s Money Crisis in Prophecy”, and for a subtitle, “Buying and Selling.” That is what the big confusion is around the world right now. But we are not a people that are in the dark. We are posted upon what is to be for many decades, some as much as thirty to forty years, had been faithfully taught. And besides that we had a great prophet today who taught the people about the things that are to happen upon the face of the earth concerning all this money crisis, all the recessions, all the depressions and not only that but he also prophesied about the solution that the world will find. But that is not our solution to the money crisis.
REVIVAL OF THE
ROMAN EMPIRE
So
we will dwell on this topic this morning and I want you to know if you miss the
message along the way, let me make this statement here, that all the perplexity
that is now upon the face of the earth concerning this world’s money crisis. According

I want you to understand that the things that I will be speaking upon is not my own thoughts, it’s not my opinion, it’s not my idea, it’s not what I would like to see or I would not like to see, I want you to know that this is Bible prophecy. Bible prophecy means, God said so, he is right and the world is wrong. Prophecy means that the Lord foretelling by his servants what is to be in the future. These things were prophesied here about two thousand years ago, all this money condition and not only the money condition but also the solution that they will come up with.
So if you are in a hurry and you get bored this morning, take a little walk outside, go sleep and come back but we are about our Father’s business. I am not sure how long we will have the liberty to preach the things that you are going to hear this morning and in the days to come. Now don’t let this astonish you but there are people that will die for these kinds of messages in the days to come. They will outlaw all our tapes, they will outlaw all of our books, they will outlaw the message of William Branham, they will outlaw the tapes, they will outlaw the books and everything that points their finger against the Roman Catholic Church and the Protestant Churches will be outlawed. By the grace of God I think that this should go in a book to alert all our brothers and sisters worldwide to what is happening. Now you are a people well taught here, many things that will be preached you have already heard them. This is the first time that I am grouping all these things together, and putting them in a nutshell, in so much that you will be guided and know what to do when these things come to pass. You must not be at a lost; you must not be wondering, what’s next. These messages will put everything in place A,B,C,D-Z of what is happening upon the face of the earth, that if you have this book, you have these tapes you would not be wondering even though the church is scattered, you will remember these things. Even the book that we will print will be taken away and outlawed, the tapes will be outlawed but there is one place to hide it. You better listen; you better understand and hide that in your heart. It will help you and guide you in the time of persecution before the rapture takes place. So this is my purpose. Some of the younger ones don’t even understand what is happening; they don’t have understanding on the Word. There are some sitting here that doesn’t know if the mark of the beast is a tattoo, after sitting and hearing the Word of God for many years. It shows that you had not been doing your home lesson. So I want to take my time and explain these things and I want to bring it so clear and so simple that a fool should not err therein. I want to put it back right in the bible, I want to put it back right in the message of the prophet-W.M.B. He was our prophet for today and he warned us about these things that are about to come upon the face of the earth.

Now, according
to that prophecy, it shows that the last empire that will rule the entire world

I was checking up the money that the pope has presently. In 1969 the pope had one hundred and sixty-eight billion dollars in solid gold. That was forty-one dollars an ounce in that time, and now it is eight hundred to one thousand dollars an ounce. Now, checking it at eight hundred dollars an ounce, that makes it twenty-one times one hundred and sixty-eight. That brings it to three and a half trillion dollars in solid gold. No nation upon the earth has that much gold.
Right now, if I get the clipping, if I remember, right now he is calling the world rulers to solve the money crisis, in his New Year’s message, and on another clipping, he said, “I challenge you leaders to come and solve this money problem and bring an everlasting solution. All the solutions that you are having there would not work. I challenge you to come and find a permanent solution.” That is Pope Benedict.
WHAT IS MONEY
CRISIS
Now, brethren, I am not an economist, I am not a money prophet either; but we are simple people and I got to break down these things. Many people that are seated here, they are hearing about money crisis, they are hearing about recession, they are hearing about depression and cannot make head nor tail about what is going on, because they are getting food, clothes, they have transportation and they do not know what is going on outside there.
Now, let me stop for a moment and let you understand first of all, what is this money crisis about. How many agree with me? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] This money crisis, first of all, has all the rulers and all the nations perplexed just like Jesus prophesied. “...perplexity of nations...” They are perplexed, puzzled and confused as what to do because the money crisis came upon them swiftly. Though they were expecting it, it came upon them earlier than they anticipated. All right!
“What is this
crisis, Brother Bruce?” Now, brothers and sisters, you heard the word “recession”.
All right! Those are big words for simple ABC fellows like us; so you have to
pick the brains of big men in order to preach. All that it means is a period of reduction in trade. Here
the factories are going, people are selling, nations are trading with one
another, they are exporting from
Here is a man selling mangoes, and once in a way a fellow is going to pass and buy one. The mangoes are going to rot, and he is going to beg his bread and he cannot feed his family. So now, recession hit that fellow because he could not sell his mangoes.
So now, it is a period of reduction in trade, and when this period of reduction in trade takes place, it takes place with one farmer, it spreads out and takes place in a district, it takes place in a nation, they cannot sell their product and things are going to go bad. This is not a farmer here, this is not a household, this is not a nation. This is talking about the world. There is a slowdown of trade worldwide.
It is a little too complicated to tell you what caused this. But in brief that has to do with the gold standard; it has to do with the printing of notes that cannot be backed up by gold. We may pick up that in the week a little bit. I do not want to confuse your minds here.
A recession is a slowdown of trade. Now, this slowdown of trade has taken place right through the world. Now, listen; it’s common sense. If you, who are the consumers... Now the consumer pays the highest price. It comes down from the manufacturer, to the wholesaler, to the retailer and chips right down. The consumer will pay every penny for that thing. Now, if you, the consumer, do not buy, then the producers are defeated, the wholesalers are defeated, the retailers are defeated because they cannot sell their product. Now, that is what is happening in the world. So now, trade slows down. If all these manufacturers of cars and all kinds of material in the world, everything that they are producing cannot sell, they close the factories. When they close the factories, they send home workers. Do you understand what I am saying? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] When they send home those workers: they cannot pay their loans, they cannot take care of their children, they cannot run their motor cars and some of them cannot buy gas. Now that is what it is going to work up to. So, it causes a chain reaction. Do you understand what I mean by chain reaction? [Congregation says, “Amen!]
RECESSION – CHAIN
REACTION
If the man cannot sell his mangoes it causes a chain reaction. It means to say that he owes a bill out there and he cannot pay it. It means to say that his mangoes are rotting. It means to say that his wife has to do without a new dress; he may have to pull the child out school because he does not have money. Recession hit the fellow. Period of trade has slowed down.
The consumers do not buy the produce. What is the sense of producing a million cars and nobody is buying them? And then if you are not producing, what will happen? Automatically the workers have to go home. The factories have to close.

So if they do not buy, well, it will be problems. Jobs are lost. They cannot pay their bills. They cannot get loans from the bank because they have no money to pay the bank. Fear steps in, violence will increase, a lot more stealing, it will bring riots, it will bring bloodshed. If they are doing that in a time of peace when they could find work, what will they do a little later on?
If the government cannot stop the recession, the slowdown of trade, it goes into a depression. A depression means that you come right down where everything stands still; the stock market crashes and the nations go bankrupt. So now, a recession leads into a depression.
Now, we had an
example of the depression in 1930. I
met a lot of the brothers from the
I read a book there called “The Great Depression of the 1930’s.” It gave you some stories where millionaires became paupers overnight because their monies were shut up in the bank. Now, what happened? The banks failed because all kinds of things went on. You see, they printed too much paper that they cannot back up by gold. I do not want to get into that.
The stock market crashed, shares values were lost and people’s shares were lost. If a share valued a hundred dollars, it started coming right down, right down until it valued just one dollar. This is probably a man that paid fifty dollars for a share and then it was lost. Overnight, millionaires became paupers. They had to go back and catch a fish. Yes. The sea always has a little something.
Now,
trade, buying and selling are closely linked together with all the other
nations. All these nations trade with one another.
You
are seeing, this great recession that
started with America which has affected everybody around the world, even
because they went down in trade. It is a long story. So now, the rest of the

them. Yes, he has the money to challenge them.

in the dominant development model to correct it in a farsighted, concerted way?”
The Pope also said he was praying for an end to

Unquote. You are talking about chosen words that have depths. You are talking about learned men; their tongues are slick like the serpent himself. But because of this Word, brothers and sisters, this is what we are supposed to understand here. He was telling the whole world, come and find a long lasting solution. He was not saying that he will back up the money. “Come, and I will challenge you to find a permanent solution.” That is exactly what the Bible said, that is exactly what the prophet said and that is exactly what will happen. There will be a solution. All right.

Unquote. Do you understand what the pope is saying? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] He said, “This money crisis is going to globalize everything, globalize the government, globalize the church and that will be the solution.” All right.

we ready to read it in its complexity as a way for the future and not just an
emergency to respond to with short-term answers?” he asked. ”Are we ready to
make a profound revision in the dominant development model, to correct it in a
farsighted and concerted way?” he asked.”
Unquote. “Are you ready? Are you ready for help? Papa Pope is standing ready. We just have to globalize the whole thing and the problem will be solved.” That man is prophesying. He knows what he is talking about. And if this fits in here, according to those who came out of the Jesuit group, they said that the pope had a four-hundred years plan to take over America, and the commerce of the world and the wealth of the world. The time has come, right here now.
Okay. This is just a little percentage of the news report that blends in right today with what we are saying. So, the rulers are seeking solutions to the crisis. In seeking a solution to the crisis, America pumped in seven hundred billion dollars, Europe pumped in a lot of money to their people, Asia, China, Japan, all had to pump in money in order to keep the economy up.
Now, loans to major failing
industries, what are they giving these people money for? They are giving money
to these industries to save the people’s jobs, otherwise you will have a lot of
problems. All right, all these loans never propped it up and most you could
hear is how much it is going down, going down. Everyday it keeps on going down,
no good news, shares are falling, everything is falling. Now they announced that the biggest car
dealer,
SOLUTION TO MONEY CRISIS
Now, according to Bible prophecy, that the prophet of God interpreted, (not me, not you; no) beloved, they will find a solution. Now he did not speak those things in himself. No. These things are right here in our Bible, and I will read a scripture to you to tie this whole thing down to show you where it is heading and where the Prophet of God based his interpretation. Now, the big problem in the world is trade, not so? Trade has to do with buying and selling.
All right, now
the Bible said in Revelation 13:16. One term I want to use here and that is
buying and selling it has to do with trade.
And I pointed out to you that is the solution the world will come up
with. So now, this scripture is speaking
about trade: buying and selling, going into the hands of a great power. This is
the globalization the Pope is speaking about.
This scripture is speaking about buying and selling; trade: commerce will be in the hand of a certain
power. Somebody is going to control
it and that the only way you could trade, the only way you could buy and sell
is to belong to that power. That is what
it amounts to. It is talking about a
certain power that will control trade.
So in order to come out of this world crisis they will come up to a
certain solution and when they come up to that certain solution, they will tie
down buying and selling, they will tie down all the factories, all the
manufacturing. Yes, all the trade around
the world will have one head. Now,

simple, once and for all understand this. This has to do with the Roman

This
money crisis will speed up the World Council of Churches. This World Council of Churches will be given
power by America to control religion, to control doctrines, to control people
lives and they will put such laws into the hands of the World Council of
Churches that whosoever resist that will
be killed. It is right there in our Bible, Revelation chapter 13. Read that
there and you will see that they invested power into the hands of the World
Council of Churches; anybody that comes against that World Council of Churches
will be killed the Bible said. If you
want to buy or sell, friends you have to belong to that federation of
Churches. You say, “I only sell
mangoes.” You will have to belong to
that federation of Churches to sell your mangoes and if they catch you selling
mangoes without a membership card they will throw you in jail. You say, ’I only run a factory.” You will have a membership card in order to
run your factory. Understand what I’m
saying? So now, friend, this is going to
be so simple and understandable to
the people. It is going to be
acceptable, that here the world is going down in a financial depression, yes.
“My factory was shut down, my school was shut down, my motorcar, I could not
run my taxi.” Everything around there, people starving by the millions and here
somebody who had the money just came by and backs up the dollar! You think you will be able to speak against

simply means you will belong to the World Council of Churches and

Do you know this thing has been going on a long time? Everything is a card? You see this card system, credit card, your I.D. card, your license, your passport and everything like that around the world, everything is a card. Now listen; this membership in the World Council of Churches is just another card added. I hope that digests. Beloved, its just a little card added to your credit card, you must find a little place in the wallet for it. And for you to belong to the World Council of Churches you must have a membership.
Now, just like
when you belong to the Pentecostals or the Baptists they give you a membership
card, now the religion of the Pentecostal Church, Adventist, Baptist, whatever,
just stretch out to a bigger body
called the World Council of Churches and they give you another card to show
that, “I belong to the World Council of Churches and I have the authority to
trade. I could now sell my fowls
(chickens). I could now sell my mangoes.
Beside that, I could now run my factory again.
I could drive my taxi again. How can you tell me that

Bible prophesy all these churches will come together and

Oh
my brethren, let me just stay right there to show you how slick this deception
will take place. The churches will be
globalized. The nations will be
globalized and the super power, (the only one, they think) will be behind that
system to do the works of
Now,
when these religions come together, they will come in so easily, they will even
bring in the Muslim people. Islam is coming to that federation of Churches
because money is power. You are going to
belong to that system or starve! You cannot trade. I’m talking about the Protestants coming
in. I’m talking about the Pentecostals
coming in. I’m talking about the
Adventists, the Jehovah Witness. I’m talking about the Hindu religion, the
Muslim religion. I’m talking about
Buddha. Every religion. How is that ever going to happen? Beloved, money is power and the love of money
is the root of all evil. What are the people going to do out there when trade
shuts down, you are going to have a depression, your factories are closed down,
your jobs are lost. You cannot get food,
you cannot buy and sell as you want, you need a license. Now you can see
what is going to happen. And all you
have to do is go down and get a membership in the little quarters that they
have in every district. You don’t have
to go too far, it’s right on the junction, just a few hundred feet away from
you and you have representatives there, lovely Christian people, and you just
have to put your name down there and they would give you a membership card, and
when they give you that membership card,
you belong to the World Council of Churches, you could buy and sell whatever
you want, if you even want loans, you could get loans from the World Council of
Churches. Oh yes, Loans! They are going
to prosper you.
Over
in the book of Daniel, the Bible says: "…and he shall cause craft to prosper." (Daniel 8: 25). Craft is trade and it is
prophesied about the Anti-Christ and the
Pope that he shall cause craft to
prosper. This is not nonsense that I
am talking about friend, this is something that we were warned about by Malachi
4: 5 and 6, William Branham. This is the Message I am talking about and many
Message believers are sleeping around the world and some of them are saying
that we don’t have to bother about this money crisis. They are ignorant of what the Prophet said,
ignorant of the Message. Yes, we must be
concerned to see what is going on. It is
a sign to the church; it is a sign to the church.
Now
do you see what I am saying about this federation? There will be a federation of nations and
there will be a federation of the churches to solve the world money crisis,
according to bible prophecy and your bible prophecy is right in Revelation 13.
Now
I will bring a powerful scripture just now to show you that all trade was
linked to

is going to be a people upon the earth that would not bow, and we are part of those people. We are not going to bow to
MARK OF THE BEAST - 666
Listen, I
want you to catch this thing how simple it is coming upon the nations and the
whole world without using the mysterious terms about 'Mark of the Beast' and
'Image of the Beast' and all those things, beloved I am trying to show you that
it is coming as a snare upon the earth, making the whole world think that it is
something very good for them, and they would accept it as good, even because
they are going to get bread and butter, they could buy and sell again. That
system would cause the factories to roll again, it would prosper manufacturing,
it will enrich the people. Yes sir! That
is what is going to happen. So now you say, “Preacher, how do you call that in
the Bible? “Mark of the Beast.”
Now
the Beast is
The Roman Catholic Church killed sixty-eight million
martyrs and put it on their own Roman Martyrology claiming that they killed
sixty-eight million martyrs. Now, they withstood the Catholic Church. Friends,
that is the same thing going to happen here today. You cannot resist that power. It would take something greater and you
better be correcting your lives for it.
You better be making ready. Yes.
So "Mark of
the Beast"; first you have to accept the doctrine of the World
Council of Churches and the doctrine of the Pope. So now, that is the mark in
your forehead. Don’t be stupid; nobody would not be passing around and stamping
you on your head. The Bible is written
in symbolic form: Horses, lambs,
trumpets. So the Mark of the Beast is actually symbolic when it says, “Hand and head.” You are going to accept the Pope’s doctrine,
the Pentecostal people doctrine, the Adventist doctrine and all those doctrines
and you will have to believe that for bread and butter. And then you would have to work for them. “Run
down all the Christians, kill them, put them to martyrdom because they
withstand such a great, wonderful body.” Now that’s the Mark of the Beast don’t
expect no tattoo, that’s the Mark of the Beast.
You say, “Brother Bruce, how do you know that’s the Mark
of the Beast? Now the Bible tells us in
Revelation 13 that the Mark of the Beast is the number of a man. Maybe, I better read it.
Revelation
13: 16 <And he (America) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and
bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And
that no man might buy or sell…>
Unquote:
Trade, commerce, buying and selling.
Look it is right here in your Bible: trade, commerce. There is somebody
controlling commerce, controlling trade, controlling buying and selling.

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of
the beast, or the number of his name…>
How
do you know that it is
<… or the number of his name…>
Alright,
now showing you that it is in a parable:
<…Here
is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for
it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.>
(666).
Now, do you see
where the Mark of the Beast is? This is identifying the great power that will
control the world and if you have wisdom you will be able to interpret the
titles or the name of that one that is sitting upon the Throne, and get the
man's number of 666. It is the number of
a man, not a number of an angel. It is
the number of a man.
How
do we know it is
Now
friends, it says, let him that has wisdom count the Mark of the Beast for it is
a number of a man. I did not have the
wisdom. Wisdom is a Prophet. You did not know that? Wisdom is a prophet. Jesus said: Luke 11: 49 <…Therefore
also said the wisdom of God…>, speaking of the prophets. Now without
that Prophet coming here today, we would not know where the Mark of Beast is
coming from.
Some
make the Mark of the Beast, Hitler, some make it a big image, a computer, but
then a simple prophet of God he had the wisdom of God and when he came here, he
said that Romanism will rule the world, he said the Mark of the Beast is coming
from Rome. Now stop there brethren, some
of you visitors, now you say what is that Mark of the Beast, I just told you
what is that Mark of the Beast. The Mark of the Beast is to belong to the
World Council of Churches and indirectly

has nothing to do with a stamp here. It has nothing to do with a stamp in your
hand. It is to belong to that, but I am
showing you what is the Mark of the Beast now, the Mark of the Beast is the

that is your mystery of the Mark of the Beast.
The mystery of the mark of the Beast is represented in his name and his
number, but it is a number of a man, in other words it is concerning our
reading and writing. The number of the Mark of the Beast it has to do with our
reading and writing. It is the number of
a man, in other words how a man checks how a man counts. And he that has wisdom
is able to count the Mark of the Beast.

BELIEVE THE TRUTH TO BE SAVED

Psalms 24: 3-4 <Who shall ascend into

He that hath clean hands, and a pure

Your
hands must be clean. The Bible says, we
are saved by the right doctrine. “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you
free.” Truth, you must have Truth.
You must believe the Truth and you must do the right thing.
So,
what is so bad, anytime you join the World Council of Churches and the Pope,
you believe the wrong doctrine? You have to believe that the Pope is sitting
in the place of God and he is God on earth. That is what you have to believe. You
have to believe that all the saints of God that are coming against that World
Council of Churches are of the devil.

Now how are you going to believe that doctrine and enter the

little bit.” Every organization is
coming under the umbrella of the Pope.
You
say, what is so bad, what is so bad
preacher for us to belong to the World Council of Churches and belong to
the Pope. To belong to the World Council
of Churches and the Pope is to believe the wrong doctrine, and if you believe
the wrong doctrine you cannot be saved.
You cannot receive the Outpouring
of the Holy Spirit. You cannot be Born Again and for a man to be saved he must
be Born Again. To go in the Rapture, you
must be Born Again. You could not be
Born Again and belong to the World Council of Churches because their doctrine
is contrary.
Alright, let me put it in simpler terms and according to
Bible language. To belong to the World
Council of Churches is to be cast into the
Revelation 14: 9-10 <And the third
angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and
his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the
wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his
indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence
of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.>
Hear me children,
hear me young fellows, teenagers, old men, hear me abroad there in India,
China, wherever you are, to take the Mark of the Beast, which is to join the
World Council of Churches is to be forever lost. God sent a
Prophet today to show us how to escape that thing that is coming. Thank God for a Prophet. Thank God for the Opening of the Seals. That showed us how to escape what is coming
on the face of the earth. You
better shape up; you better know what you believe. You better stop all this nonsense. Just as Brother Ramkumar was preaching the

ministers, at this time, they are watching this financial crisis, this money
problem and they know that we got to be ready.

that joins the World Council of Churches and serves
How
many would resist that? I am assuring
you tonight, billions of people and the majority of the world would be
deceived. The Bible said, “He

REVELATION 17
IDENTIFIES
Now,
Revelation 17 bears out that this great power that is represented in a woman;
this is none other than

Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.>

upon her was to burn her with fire and the burning was going to take one hour
to burn

me brothers and sisters, and according to the prophet that God sent to us: Communions,

ANOTHER FINANCIAL CRISIS
Another
financial crisis
took place when
Revelation 18:12 <The merchandise of gold [number one], and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and
purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of
ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron,
and marble,…>
Come on, unquote. Tell me if he is

Man crying for their money because their paper dollar worth nothing again.
Their money in the bank was worth nothing. There is no gold to back it up again.
They became bankrupt. All right, weeping and wailing.
Revelation 18:16-17

and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold,[decked with gold] and precious stones, and pearls!

in one hour so great riches is come to nought.>
You hear that word there? Great riches
come to naught. The gold back up for all the money in the world was burnt. It
came to naught.

This Bible ain’t leave out nothing, showing you that there was a globalization
of that trade all hooked up to one city. Globalization, that is what the Pope
is calling them for: To globalize the trade, to bring it together. “Let me
control it, I have the money to control it. Just come and take a fellowship card that belongs to the
great power of the world.” Hear how distressed they are going to be.
Revelation 18:18

backing up the companies, the car industries, they go and they print seven
hundred billion dollars in paper again. How on earth that could lift the
economy? It is going to be pulling it down. So everybody is doing that. They
are printing more money than they have gold to back it up. Now it’s going to
come to a certain place where it crash totally and put the world into a
depression. Now this depression is going to make the nations bankrupt.
Now you
could see this as plain as daylight before you, it will take gold to back up the paper money, and the only man that
has that presently upon the earth is the Pope. He alone has 3.5 trillion dollars
in gold and you have to multiply that by so many times when it goes up to two
thousand. So you are talking about anything, about ten trillion dollars in
gold, eight or ten trillion dollars in solid gold. He had been heaping that
