World’s Money Crisis in Prophecy -

BRIDE’S HOUR OF TEMPTATION

 

CHAPTER FOUR

I am reading from the 3rd chapter of the book of Revelation. If you cannot find it just listen. I will read the 9th verse. 

 

Revelation 3:9-11 <Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.>

May the Lord add a blessing to the reading of His Holy Words. You may be seated. O merciful God, we give Him the honour, the glory, the thanksgiving, for coming in His great majestic power tonight and have anointed His handmaidens and anointed His people because you came in here with expectation, respect and reverence to hear the Words of Life. May the good Lord bless each one of you who are assembled and even under the hearing of my voice today and those that will hear it in Africa and the different places, where the Word of God will go. 

            But we are on the subject of “World’s Money Crisis in Prophecy.” Whatever is going on in the world tonight did not catch the church by chance. It did not catch God by chance. No. The Lord knew that from the foundation of the world. He revealed it to His prophets. And to remind us, He sent another prophet today by the name of William Marrion Branham, a hated man around the world, even though he is in glory today. They hate the name of that man, but we love that man, and we love his message. Were it not for the opening of the seals and God sending that man, we would all go into the world council of churches and we would take the mark of the beast. Yes. 

So now, what I am presenting to you is not my thoughts or my ideas. No. I have no message of my own. I am no prophet. I am no eighth messenger. I am nothing. My brothers and sisters, the sons of God must be placed yet. Any man that raises up and claims any special office is a fool, as far as the Word of God is concerned, because these offices are placed by another Outpouring of the Spirit. All that I claim to be is a preacher of righteousness, striving to lead every soul into the kingdom of God.

            Any man that rises up and claims to be a prophet, eighth messenger, Christ, this, that, he is an utter fool. He is heading for the tribulation. The sons of God are not yet placed. They are not yet manifested.  

So we are on the subject again tonight, of “Money Crisis” and we would take a subtitle of: “Bride’s Hour of Temptation.”   After all that we have spoken throughout the four or five days of meetings, I am here tonight to divide the line, as promised, divide the line to show you what we the elected children will have to face, and then, what the foolish virgins will face, what the 144,000 will face. And if I don’t get them tonight, the Lord willing, on the last message tomorrow, I will pick up that modern utopia. And then we will take up the foolish virgins and show the martyrdom. But we are centralized on dividing all that we have spoken on during the past nights, to show you what you will experience and how you have to be prepared.

            So, again I must back up a little bit, if this tape falls into the hand of a little African, way down in the Congo or somewhere, and he is wondering, “What in the world are they talking about?”  He has one tape and he is looking for the others. So now, what we are talking about is the money crisis of the world, and I am sure that you heard that over in Africa and India and the rest of the world because it is something worldwide. They say, they are presently in a recession and they are trying to avoid a great depression like the 1930's. The Lord simplified that so much that the little children can understand.  

 

 

 

Recession leads to bankruptcy

 

All that recession means is a slow down of trade. And if you slow down in trade and people are not buying manufactured goods, then automatically if it continues, you will head for a crash. They have to close the factories. They have to shut down this, and they have to shut down that. And that’s the news you had been hearing about all the motor companies and all the other businesses, and they are confused. And Jesus said that they would be perplexed, and men’s heart failing them for fear, when they look upon the things that are coming to pass upon the face of the earth. (Luke 21: 25-26).

So recession means a slow down of trade, and when trade slows down, the factories have to close and when the factories close, what happens? The jobs are lost. When the jobs are lost, you cannot pay the bank, and the banks keep fighting and they close, and then you are heading for a depression. So that depression is a complete halt of trade where you have the stock market crashed. I don’t have the time to stop and explain to you about stocks and bonds and gold and what is this great crash, but then the stock market crashes.  

People invest billions of dollars in shares, and then they become millionaires concerning these shares and when trade slows down, the price of the shares deflates and it comes right down and millionaires become paupers. So now, the world is heading for that. The world is heading for that kind of depression, and the prophet of God, he called it “bankruptcy.”

So the world is heading for bankruptcy and America is heading for bankruptcy, and as a result, when America goes down the rest of the world goes down with them, even because they were the centre of trade. And after the 2nd World War everybody pegged their money in with the U.S. Dollar because she was a prosperous nation. That only happened that time, after the 2nd World War and they were on the gold standard for a while and then after a while they came off the gold standard in about 1971 and they went on another system of money.  Right now America is not on the gold standard. It was changed by President Nixon, and that caused a lot of problems. And they went on another standard called the fiat system. 

So that is too much for your little minds and a little too much for me. Right now, America is not on the gold standard. No, she just prints money based upon the confidence that the world has in her money. So the money is based on psychology and the confidence of the super power.

They are heading for a depression and you know very well how many quotes I gave to you, to show you that this is not my idea, but it is what Brother Branham prophesied and what he also predicted. And he also predicted the solution to this great money crisis; and you and I know very well that the solution to this money crisis is that the pope is going to come with his gold, which he has 3.5 trillion dollars in gold now, that is beside what he got for the past forty-eight or fifty years. So the pope is the richest man in the world and he will become a superman. Brother Branham called him a superman of the entire world because he is able to cause craft to prosper, Daniel chapter 8:   <…He shall cause craft to prosper…>

He is the only man to cause the factories to start rolling again and cause craft to prosper, bring back the factories and bring back this and bring back that and this man will have much intelligence. The Bible said, “He will understand dark sentences.” He will understand politics. He will understand how to do business. He will understand how to get the factories rolling again. He shall understand dark sentences. So he will be a superman in his brains and a superman with money. We cannot talk about him too much tonight.

So now, that’s a recession. And to break it down just a little bit for the children: what happened is that they printed too much notes (American dollars, Trinidad dollars), and then they cannot back up the amount of notes that they printed. So now, when President Bush said that he is backing up certain ones in the United States with seven hundred billion dollars, he never gave them gold. No. He went and printed paper or he had it there before and just threw it in their laps. So it’s dead money and sooner or later that is going to cause more problems. Asia did that, China did that, Europe did that, and all they are doing is worsening the condition by printing more paper dollars.

Now, what you have in your pockets, as I said, is not money. That is a note that is actually supposed to represent gold, but they have no gold for that money. So your money is lost in a time of depression, it’s lost. The notes are even locked up in the bank and they have no value.  It used to be that you could carry your dollar to the bank and demand thirty-five dollars or whatever price they set. Not again. No, they changed the system. Now, in order for the world to get back rolling and out of that depression, they would have to go back on the gold standard. Who has the gold? Rome has the gold.

To understand a little better, you could write many cheques and overwrite cheques. You have one thousand dollars in the bank and you could write a cheque for five thousand dollars. Now, they are going to put you in jail. You could get jailed for writing a cheque and that cheque bounced. That law is passed in the country and that bounced cheque serves as evidence against you. You can call the Fraud Squad in, because you defrauded a man. So you could write more cheques than the money you have in the bank.

So what they did is that they printed more notes than they have gold to support, and whatever system they were supporting them with: their oil and resources and a lot of psychology. It’s failing and people would lose confidence in that and they already started to lose confidence. That will bring down the whole thing and there is one man standing right now and calling them to globalize the thing, and that is the pope. I read it right here. I read all the quotations. You know that this is not my idea; this is the teaching of the prophet. Now, message believers around the world are not paying attention to that. Some of them were not even taught, they don't even understand about this recession and depression and what is going to happen. 

They think that one of these days the rapture is going to come and we are all going away in the rapture, as long as we believe that Brother Branham is a prophet. Absolutely not, children, we have to be prepared. We must be born again. And how do you get born again? You must surrender your whole soul to the Word.

If you sit under a false prophet, you will never be born again. If you sit under a heretic, you cannot be born again. And you just cannot run up when the Outpouring comes and say, “I want to be born again.” No. There is a group that the Lord will put you in, and that’s the foolish virgins. You cannot come and seek oil without that born again experience. The light went out; there was no light in their souls. And we are born again by the light of life. And if you don’t have that life down in your soul, you cannot get the Token. There is a fearful time coming, that when that Outpouring comes there will be big lines coming up and people would be saying: “I have been looking for this Outpouring, please lay your hands upon me and give me.” And beloved, they would not be able to get it, because they had not been doing their home lessons.

My heart goes out for the little infants. What will be their fate? Yes. What will be their fate? That little baby that was just born, that six months, that one year, that two years, three years, four years, five years, six years, seven years, eight year old, what would be their fate about the time of the Rapture, I muse in my heart, and my heart goes out because I have little ones too, and all that we can do is plead for the mercy of God.

Can you enter into what I am saying, brethren? This is off my message, but can you enter into what I am saying? That here the rapture is coming and this little baby, crying in the blanket, and you are wondering if this child would be raptured; and here you have a little one holding your dress tail, your pants tail and you are wondering, “Would you go in the rapture? You don’t understand the Word. I don’t know if you are born again and you did not receive the Token, baby.” I have confidence and I have consolation on only a few scriptures.  “'Out of the mouth of babes and suckling have I perfected praise.” If that child's name is on the Book of Life, he or she is going. Brothers and sisters, people will be very troubled.

I believe that the only thing to deliver us in an hour like that is that third pull ministry that will bring salvation, and God will only grant you that desire, if your heart is set upon God and eternal life, like Sister Hattie Wright. She could not ask for nothing more than what was foremost in her heart. When the question was asked her, she said, “The salvation of my boys.” It was done. Let us live a holy life before the Lord.

The world has written too many cheques, more than they have gold. That is what you call a recession, and heading to a depression. And now, it is not cheques, but they are printing money and now they need a bailout.  Now they need this bailout, and the pope is standing there to give this great bailout with his gold. So the whole world is trapped. Brother Branham called it a trap, a snare to the mark of the beast. Now, let me just brief you a little bit, on the prophecies that will be fulfilled in our day, briefly, and then I would show you what belongs to us and what belong to the rest of the world. Then you will understand what is happening and what the Bride has to face and what she would not face.

 

 

Revelation 13 - THREE symbols: Rome – U.s.a. – W.C.C.

 

            Now, in Revelation 13, we have three great symbols. And the first symbol is a beast coming up out of the water. The prophet of God interpreting that said that beast is none other than Rome, that great power coming out from amongst many people. Waters are people. So that is one. You would read it in Revelation 13, and that is Rome. And then there is a second beast in that same chapter and that second beast is something else. The first beast is Revelation 13:1.

            Revelation 13: 11 <And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, but he spake as a dragon.> 

            Now, this is no mistake here. The prophet of God interpreted this and he said that is USA in prophecy. And USA is found in chapter 13. Do you remember him saying that? And they started with thirteen colonies. Now, look at the description of this beast coming up out of the earth, not the water, not the sea, it came up out of the earth, meaning a new found land: America. They found that land and they ran away from the pope and from Bloody Mary. Now, notice another thing:

<…and he had two horns like a lamb.>

They claim to be a Christian nation, but then afterward he spake like a dragon. Now notice a very peculiar thing:

<…And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.>

Now, if you are reading the scriptures correctly, if I am reading and understanding correctly, there is a first beast which is Rome and there is a second beast which is United States who claims to be a Christian nation but afterwards started to behave like a dragon, and after that she exerciseth all the power that Rome had and behaved the very same way that Rome behaved and that was to kill everybody that disagreed with her: “Be a catholic or die.” So whatever Rome done United States will repeat that again.

 

REVELATION 13 - UNITED STATES – ANOTHER RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION

 

Quote W.M.B.: 36 ...Did you notice the beast come up out of the sea; that was in the Revelation the 13th. And when you see the beast coming up out of the sea, it's meant that this power was raising up among the people. But in Revelation 13, when this lamb came up, he came up out of the earth, no people: United States. But then after he had two little horns: civil and ecclesiastical powers. And then he received power and spoke like the dragon did before him. So you just got to mark it down; we are coming into a religious persecution with the same things that they did in pagan Rome many years ago, for it's THUS SAITH THE LORD. (Why Are We Not A Denomonation 58-0927).

 

So now, Rome, she exercised her power and she killed millions upon millions of people in order to stay in power. Now, this is the same trend that America is following. And how do you know that that is America? The Bible says,

<And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast.>

Now, he causeth fire to come down from heaven. Now, America was the first one that invented the atomic bomb and loosed the atomic bomb and brought down fire from heaven on Japan. Hiroshima was one of the cities and Nagasaki. And they killed one hundred thousand people and there were seven survivors that I read of in that book on the testimony of the seven survivors. And they said that all that they seen was a flash, and it was death everywhere, water lit up, homes lit up, people lit up and everything. They brought down fire from heaven. Since that, America gained influence around the world and that stopped the war.

 

FIRE OUT OF HEAVEN – ATOMIC BOMB

 

Quote W.M.B.: 156 And he does great wonders, so to make him a fire come down out of heaven... (The atomic bomb, and hydrogen; smart, intelligent nation, and so forth, deceiving the nations by these things.) (Mark Of The Beast 54-0513).

 

Now, notice where the money is failing, in America, notice where the trade is failing. Now, America must find a solution to hold her influence, to hold her place. So America will exercise all the power of Rome because now she is going back to Rome for Rome to back up her money.

Now, let me finish that statement from last night. Now, although the money loses value for a certain time; it will never be abolished, according to what Brother Branham said. They would hold their money there but what will happen is that they will back it up with gold at some point or the other, then they will put back value to that money.

 

CHANGE THE CURRENCY? THEY WON’T LET US DO IT

 

Quote W.M.B.: 168-4  {349} This nation is going to be busted, and the rest of the world that's on the gold standard is busted. You know that. If we're living off of taxes, due bills for forty years from now, where are we at? There's only one thing can happen. That's to call in the currency and pay off the bonds; and we can't do it. Wall Street owns them, and Wall Street's controlled by the Jews; the rest of it's in the Vatican, and the Jews has got the rest of it in Wall Street with the commerce of the world.

We can't call it in. And if we could do it, do you think these whiskey guys and all these tobacco people with billions times billions of dollars a year...

 Do you think them guys is going to compromise to change the currency?

Like... Castro did. He done the only smart thing he ever did do then, when he destroyed the bonds: paid them off and destroyed them. Notice, but we can't do that. These guys won't let us.

The rich merchants of the earth hold it, and then there's only one thing to do: The Catholic church can pay it off. She's the only one that's got the money; she can do it, and she will do it. (The First Seal 63-0318).

 

Now, for you to have the value of your money you will have to go into the world council of churches, if you want value to your money. I’m not sure how that will work but the fact is that they might devalue the American dollar and now that the World Trade Centre has moved from United States, moved by a bomb (as the Documentary “9/11” declared), and Rome will be the World Trade Centre of the world. I think I said that before sometime, but it came fresh yesterday and it really anchored it in my heart, that is why I said it was revealed to me, that became so strong, to know why the World Trade Centre was destroyed. It is a sign and it is a symbol that there is going to be a new World Trade Centre. And when that World Trade Centre is blown up again like the one in New York, (this one will be blown up again), then the merchants of the earth cried. Now, this World Trade Centre will be blown up with the atomic bomb, that one was blown up with an ordinary bomb, and then the merchants will weep again. So the Lord revealed that. And then we have this World Trade Centre.

 

 

Image of the beast – religious body

 

            So now, we have three players out here, three symbols in Revelation 13 which I cannot elaborate upon. I preached that before. It may be going into this book on the tail end but we went through a lot of that. So we have three players here: Revelation 13:1 is Rome, Revelation 13:11 is United States, and there is a peculiar little fellow out here and that is the image to the beast. This is not my revelation, God sent a prophet. Now, the image to the beast is none other than a religious body, the world council of churches. Now, how do we arrive at that, “image of the beast”? The first beast was a religious body. Was it the Catholic Church? [Congregation says’ “Amen!”] All right, an image of the Catholic Church will be another religious body. Now I want that to digest.

 

IMAGE TO THE BEAST – CONFEDERATION OF CHURCHES

 

Quote: 224 And the rest of them organized, going back into the world, sectioned off, going back into federation, moving up into that one great confederate head under Catholicism. "And, there was an image formed to the beast," an "image," "something like it." A confederation of church formed with Catholicism, them two together, work together. (Hear Recognize Act On The Word 60-0221).

 

Now, here the beast in the beginning was Rome, a religious body. If you are going to make an image of that beast, the first beast, if you are going to make an image in the end time here, it must be another religious body. And then America is going to give power and life unto the image. How are they going to give an image life? It isn’t wood or stone. All that America does is invest the power of religion into the world council of churches and they authorize them and they enact laws to say who should preach and who should not preach, who should stay alive and who should not stay alive, and they give them the power to say who should buy and who should sell. And anybody that will disagree with that, they give them the power to kill them. So now, the world is getting ready to face these things.

 

 

Bride’s persecution. “I will keep thee”

 

            We spoke of a lot of things and I am about to divide them. So here in the end time we are going to have a one world religion formed. That one world religion is none other than the world council of churches, together with the pope. Secondly, we are going to have a great power that is carrying out the wishes of the pope. That is United States of America. And then we have the mark of the beast coming down, and that is you are either going to accept the pope’s doctrine or you would die, you would be a catholic or die. And we went through what the mark of the beast is. The mark of the beast is to believe the Trinitarian doctrine and the world council of churches’ doctrines in the head and then do the works of the world council of churches.

            Now, it could become very confusing and very scary for the church of God to think that we have to face the pope and we have to face the mark of the beast and we have to face the world council of churches and we have to face all of these things that are coming upon the face of the earth. And little children are getting very scared that “the pope is coming to kill us.” I have news for you tonight; it is not going to be so but the church is going to come to an hour of temptation. Now, that is the scripture that I read, and the Lord promised to keep you from the hour of temptation. Hear about this temptation. Now the Lord will keep you from this hour of temptation which shall come to try all the people of the earth. If you fail that temptation you are going down to hell and the lake of fire and you are going through the tribulation. But the Lord promised the end time Bride that, “I will keep you from that hour of temptation.” So now let us see how much He would expose the Bride to and how much He will keep her away from. That’s the dividing line tonight.

Now, I tell you right here that the Bride of Christ will go through a persecution but not the tribulation. The foolish virgins will go through the tribulation but the Bride goes through a persecution. So now, this persecution, the prophet of God even spoke of that, he seen that coming and if I have it here I will clarify that. So the prophet of God spoke of that persecution and that is on page 361 of the Seven Church Ages.

 

            Quote W.M.B.: 361-1 This Laodicean Age ends in a blackout of the Word, thereby causing a departure of the Lord from the midst. He stands outside calling to His own who follow Him by obedience to the Word. After a short and powerful demonstration of the Spirit this little hunted and persecuted group will go to be with Jesus. (Laodicean Church Age – Church Age Book Cpt.9).

 

            Unquote. Did Brother Branham say that the church will go through a persecution? All right, and did he say that she’ll be hunted and persecuted, and did he call it a little group? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] And then after that persecution she will go in the rapture. Now, this is that scripture being fulfilled in Revelation 3:10.

<…I will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.>

Now, what that simply means is as we move closer to this world council of churches and the one world government and the mark of the beast coming down upon the Bride, the Lord will catch the Bride away. You would not have to be killed, you would not have to be martyred like the first Bride; that is what is going to happen. But that doesn’t mean to say that you will get away scotch free. No, certain things will happen. There is an hour of temptation for you. Did Jesus go through an hour of temptation? And at that time He said, “This is their hour and the power of darkness.” Did the apostles go through temptation? Did Jesus go through temptation in the wilderness? Temptation that you are going through and persecution is something different from the tribulation. And the followers of the message think that the rapture will come and they won’t have any persecution. That is absolutely wrong, and on account of not expecting a persecution upon the Bride, they are not being prepared and they are not seeking out for the standard that the Lord will raise up when the enemy comes in like a flood. This thing is going to catch them unawares. And as I am on this, let me confirm once and for all what Brother Branham said about that temptation and what that temptation is, right from his own words, he interpreting Revelation 3:10.

 

            Quote W.M.B.: “313-2 The temptation will come as follows. The ecumenical move that has started on what seems such a beautiful and blessed principle (fulfilling Christ's prayer that we all might be one) becomes so strong politically that she bears pressure upon the government to cause all to join with her either directly or through adherence to principles enacted into law so that no people will be recognized as actual churches unless under direct or indirect domination of this council. Little groups will lose charters, privileges, etc., until they lose all property and spiritual rights with the people. For example, right now unless the local ministerial association approves in many, if not most cities, one cannot rent a building for religious services. To become chaplains in the armed services, hospitals, etc., it is now almost mandatory to be recognized as acceptable to the trinitarian ecumenical groups. As this pressure increases, and it will, it will be harder to resist, for to resist is to lose privilege. And so many will be tempted to go along, for they will feel it is better to serve God publicly in the framework of this organization than not to serve God at all publicly. But they err. To believe the devil's lie is to serve Satan, even though you may want to call him Jehovah. But the elect will not be deceived. (Philadelphian Church Age - C.A.B. Cpt.8).

           

Unquote. Does that spell out to you something? Does that spell out to you that the Bride will go through some kind of persecution? Did he say that we will lose property and we will lose our churches and the pressure will come down? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] The pressure will come down, it will increase in such a way that the church will not be able to resist. If you cannot resist the power and the persecution that will come upon you, then we need a certain standard. And is it promised that the Spirit of the Lord will raise up a standard? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Well, that is what all the followers of Malachi 4 should be doing today and that is seeking the standard for the persecution that is heading our way. This is not tribulation. You are not able with the tribulation. You are not able with the mark of the beast. You are not able with the one world government. The prophet, in other places, called it the squeeze, in another place he called it the press; something is going to happen at the press.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 314-1 Furthermore, the elect will not only be kept,

 

            Unquote. “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience I will also keep thee from the hour of temptation.” That is God’s promise. Little fellows, God is going to take care of us.

 

            Quote W.M.B.: 314-1 Furthermore, the elect will not only be kept, but as this move becomes the "IMAGE ERECTED TO THE BEAST," the saints will be gone in the rapture. (Philadelphian Church Age - C.A.B. Cpt.8).

 

            Quote: 5 Lord, help us to be ready to stand now, because the time is closing in. As we see this two-horned beast rise up out of the earth, not out of the thickness and multitudes of people, with horns like a lamb, but it spake like the dragon... We believe that hour is close at hand now, Father, when these churches is confederating themself together, making a image unto the beast; and it'll be terrible on that group, Lord, that won't join it. The very boycott will come, but in that hour You promised to take Your church. (Thyatirean Church Age 60-1208).

 

Now, I am trying to divide the line, how much the Lord will expose us to what is coming upon the face of the earth. As the pressure starts coming up and as the mark of the beast is about to be set up and the pressure starts getting stronger, the Bible said that He would keep us from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them. Now, everything that is not prepared to face that great temptation will go into the world council of churches. Now, think of what I am saying. The Lord promised to keep the elect from that temptation. What about if you are seated here tonight and you are not prepared for the standard God will raise to face that temptation. Won’t you go through the tribulation? Won’t you end up in the foolish virgins bunch? Won’t you fail? Now, this is the time to prepare then, while the tree is green. We may as well prepare now and don’t wait for a dry tree, don’t wait for the time of persecution, you got to prepare now. You cannot play tricks with God and say, “When I see the thing move a little closer I am going to run in and I am going to get serious with God.” You cannot trick God.   

           

Quote: 314-1 Furthermore, the elect will not only be kept, but as this move becomes the "IMAGE ERECTED TO THE BEAST," ...

That’s your World Council of Churches.

...the saints will be gone in the rapture. And this little delightful, winsome movement that started out in fellowship at Ephesus will become the monster of Satan that defiles and deceives the whole world. For the church system of the Roman Catholic and the Protestant in coming together will control the whole wealth of the world system. (Philadelphian Church Age - Church Age Book Cpt.8).

           

Unquote. Is Brother Branham saying what we said for the past days, that there will be a one world government and a one world church that controls the wealth of the world? Not only that, but deceives the whole world. Okay, I continue.

           

Quote: 314-1 For the church system of the Roman Catholic and the Protestant in coming together will control the whole wealth of the world system and force the whole earth into its religious trap, or will kill them, by refusing them the privilege of buying and selling whereby they would make a living. This will be accomplished simply, for the harlot's daughters are all but gone back to her. In the meantime, Rome has acquired nearly all the supplies of gold. The Jews have the bonds and all the paper. At the right time, the harlot will destroy the present day money system by calling in all the paper, and demanding gold. With no gold, the system falls. The Jews will be trapped and come into the alliance, and the harlot church will take over the whole world. (Philadelphian Church Age - C.A.B. Cpt. 8)

            

            Is that correct? Is that the prophet? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Now, the prophet of God laid out there exactly what you heard for the past days, in a nutshell. I believe Dr. Vayle did a wonderful work in emphasizing and finding the right words, and he calls it a monster. You cannot face that monster, that dragon, and the Lord knows that we cannot face that dragon, so something has got to take place.

So now, it is called the hour of temptation. The Lord promised to keep us from that hour of temptation which shall come to try all the people of the world. Now, notice that this temptation stretches out from the Bride of Christ in our age, and the hour of temptation takes in the world council of churches, it takes in the mark of the beast and it takes in the one world government. But this temptation starts here with the Bride. But the Bride cannot face that whole temptation. She is only going to face the beginning of that temptation. Hear what this temptation is. The temptation is to try the whole world, not only the Bride. Everything that is not prepared to face that temptation, and deny the world council of churches, and deny the beast, and deny the pope and deny the United States with her power is going into the World Council of Churches. I believe that is clear as a whistle.

            Do you want me to go over that again? In Revelation 13 there are three great powers symbolized. First as the first beast, and then it is symbolized as the second beast and the next power is the image to the beast. The first beast is Rome that existed before. The second beast is United States of America. And the third power is the image of the beast which is another federation of churches that resembles the Catholic Church that killed the people in the dark ages. You cannot deny that that’s the truth.

So the image to the beast is the world council of churches. Now that world council of churches started its formation way back and it is gradually coming down the road. Now, they are closer tonight than when they first started. But something is going to happen on the earth that will speed them up. I could only go along with what Brother Branham said; it speeds them up, and we will take Brother Branham’s word on that. Now, when the council tightens up it becomes very bitter for the church here. They will shut our doors. They will require a license to preach, and I have none and I don’t want any because Jesus had none and the apostles had none and who had them had to give them up. So you will have to bear patience and let me put the prophet’s word right in it.

 

            Quote W.M.B: 65-2 “Now, there's many young people here. I don't know; Jesus may come this afternoon; He may come next year. I don't know when He will be coming. But remember, if I do not live to see that day of His coming--which I hope that I will, and somehow believe I will... Now if I do not see it, do not let this Word ever depart from your ears and your heart. See? Just remember, I speak in the Name of the Lord. Now, I believe with all my heart, that's the way it'll wind up. There will be like a union, a boycott. All such places as this here will be closed down. And you'll not be able to speak unless you got a permission or a license from this federation of churches to hold a service.” (Spoken Word Original Seed 62-0318e)

 

 

REQUIREMENT TO FACE TEMPTATION – SURRENDERED HEART

 

            Unquote. According to the prophet of God, the Branham Tabernacle is getting ready to be closed. This temptation that is coming upon the earth will shut down Bethel. Don’t weep; we will lose our properties, he said. This temptation that is coming upon the face of the earth; you will require a license to run a service. The boycott closes the churches and then a license will be required for you to keep services. So this is one of the things that you the church will be facing. There will be a boycott. He called it a boycott, he called it a press, he called it a squeeze, not tribulation, but this is a persecution and this Bride will be hunted, she’ll be persecuted before the rapture takes place. You got to have something to withstand that beginning of temptation.

            Now, let me stop right here and tell you what is the requirement to face that temptation and I am going to put it in a way here that a fool should not err therein. “Your heart must be surrendered.” Is that too simple? Maybe that is too simple. I said, your heart must be surrendered to Christ and the cause of eternal life. Many people come to church but their hearts are not surrendered to the cause of eternal life. They let God play second fiddle. Their business is more important, their wife and their children, and their temper and their offences are more important to them.

Now, because these people are not surrendered totally to the Lord Jesus Christ, they walk in their own will, and as they walk in their own will the Lord does not give them a revelation of the Son of Man. Because your will is not surrendered you cannot get a revelation of the Son of Man. If you don’t get a revelation of the Son of Man you cannot be born again. If you are not born again you cannot get the token. Now, do you see the importance of that statement?

Now, I could tell you that everybody got to be born again but is your heart surrendered? You see, your heart got to be surrendered to Christ and eternal life, and you would know if your heart is surrendered to the cause of eternal life. Because born again experience could puzzle you up in your mind and you could feel and you could touch and you could want to hear, but you would know if your heart is surrendered to God. I mean, come to that place where: “I want life and I surrender to the Word. I would forsake anything in this world for eternal life. I would forsake my pastor. I would forsake the false prophets. I would forsake the heretics. I will forsake even if it comes to my wife, my children, my husband. I want eternal life.” I am not talking about mouth service, I am talking about down in the heart. Now, that’s the preparation to meet what is coming upon the earth. Now, once that heart is surrendered like that, you don’t have to bother about the revelation, you don’t have to bother about the new birth, you don’t have to bother about the token, just surrender your heart.

            “Hail Mary…” and the promise was given her:  “…you shall conceive and bring forth a child.” “How shall this thing be seeing I know not a man?” Now, do you know what her words were? “Be it unto me according to thy Word.” You don’t have to know how the thing will come down in the womb, spiritually speaking. You don’t have to have all the mechanics and all the knowledge and all the know-how’s and go to school and sit down under the pastor to tutor you for days and for months and for years. No, all that she said was, “Be it unto me according to your Word.” “I don’t know about bringing out anything holy or being conceived of the Holy Ghost. I never had that experience before. They tell me about making a child and making a child without marriage. I don’t know. This thing is very mysterious.” Born again is very mysterious. “I don’t even understand revelation of Son of Man. I don’t understand the thing.” All that she said is. “I don’t understand but be it unto me according to thy Word.”

Can you see the seventeen year old virgin, a sweet young lady, found such grace in the sight of God? She was privileged above all other women but she’s a type of the Bride of Christ with the same heart, the same mind, the same soul that when they hear the Word of God and life is offered unto them and they hear the message of the hour and the seals opened and Christ standing upon the earth, they have the same heart’s condition and say, “Be it unto me according to thy Word.”

Children, if you are afraid about if you are born again or what happen, you just come down to that place, “Be it unto me according to your Word Lord. I want life above everything upon the whole earth.” God will take care of you. You don’t have to bother about the temptation. You don’t have to bother about the persecution. You don’t have to bother about the revelation, the new birth nor the great baptism of the Holy Ghost. All you got to do is to come down like Mary and say, “Be it unto me according to your Word. Beat me, kill me, chew me, throw me away, if I don’t live another day, I want eternal life.” You will have it. The very moment you come to that, you will have it. I say, that could happen tonight, although you are walking in your self-will, if you intend to put down that will tonight and say, “Lord, I give up my will and let thy will be done in my life,” you could be born again right in your seat. Everything that you heard about the Son of Man and born again could come to life right here tonight only if you surrender, right there at the well, “Be it done according to thy Word,” and the Holy Ghost overshadowed her and the thing that was formed in her was of the Holy Ghost.

How are we going to face this temptation? Surrender. How did Jesus face it in the wilderness? He surrendered. He said, “I come to do thy will, O God. Lo I come in the volume of the book it is written of me to do thy will O God.” Isn’t He wonderful?  That’s the pattern you got to follow. And hear that displayed in the time of temptation on Gethsemane. He said, “Not my will but thine be done. Lord, if it be possible let this cup pass from me. I don’t want to go to Calvary Lord, I am scared to face all the persecution, but Lord, not my will but Thine be done.” In other words, “Lord, I am not telling you what to do. I cannot tell you what to do, Lord, but I am just asking you that Thy will be done.”

You got to get like that. It is not hard to get like that. You got to see the value of eternal life. Brethren, you will forsake eternal life, for what? Tell me what in this world you could forsake eternal life for: to follow a man, to follow a cult, you are going after money? The pope is going to take it. Are you going after property? The pope is going to take it. What are you going to follow? I say, give me Jesus. “Take the whole world and give me Jesus; no turning back, no turning back.” That is what the Lord wants. Oh my!

 

 

Church door will be closed - outlawed

 

So you will need a licence to preach. Yes. They will shut the doors, and they will call for your properties. That is what you will face. I am dividing the line. They will call for a membership. Now, in the church here, they will call for an affiliation to one of these churches or the body that is now being formed. There is a process of forming. They will invite all churches. “You have got to be registered with “mother church,” you got to be registered out here and if you cannot do that we will have to close your doors.” They are going to come in very decently. “You need a license.” All of that is the trap of the devil. The prophet brought out all these things, even though I do not get to read the quotes, it’s what the prophet of God taught us. Alright!

 

A BOYCOTT – BELONG TO AN ORGANIZATION OR CAN’T WORSHIP

 

            Quote W.M.B.: E-56 You'll be kicked out some of these days from these interdenominationals like this. It'll come a time when you'll have to belong to an organization or you can't worship. As you know, the Scripture says it will be. They just make fun of you now. But there'll be a time where there'll be a boycott. For the mark of the beast must come. You'll either belong to the confederation of the churches, the beast like it is in Rome, or you won't worship at all. That's what the Scripture says. (Hear His Voice 58-1005M).

 

FORCING A BOYCOTT - UNION OF CHURCHES

 

Quote: 65-1    All right, I predict that the two denominational groups, Pentecostal and the Evangelical groups, will work together in a denomination, will unite themselves together, and will become a member (all of them) of the Federation of the Council of Churches or the Council of Churches. They already belong to it--all of them. And there will come through them a forcing or a boycott, that'll stop everything but what belongs to that union of churches. That's what a... The Bible said that there would be a boycott, even to such a way it would cause people to not buy or sell unless they had received this, the mark of the beast, which is Romanism, and the image of the beast, which is Protestantism, that the image... The beast had power, authority to give the image life to speak, and it did. And that's the Confederation of Churches, when they confederate themselves together. THIS KIND OF CHURCH WILL BE PUT OUT OF OPERATION

 

Quote: 125-4  Remember, there will be such a denominational gathering pretty soon; it'll be terrific. And they will bring themselves together into this federation of churches, and then this kind of a church will be put out of operation (as far as they know). It's at that time that Jesus will appear, and He will show which is Bride and which is not. (Spoken Word Original Seed 62-0318E).

 

THEY’LL CLOSE THESE CHURCHES ONE OF THESE DAYS

 

Quote: 872-9 ...And we're here to hold a standard in this evening Light time, that when the world is darkened and the whole church kingdom is going into the Council of Churches... And pretty soon they'll try to tack a sign on this door here, "Closed!" And then we're going to have to meet other places, 'cause they'll certainly close these churches one of these days if we don't take the mark of the beast. (Church Order 63-1226).

 

Now, this is going to face all message churches, together with a lot of other churches that do not even concern the message; and they are going to shut them down. Our doors will be closed. That is why I am telling you, put in the seed while the doors are opened. When we are scattered, you may not even have a preacher, you may not have a brother to advise you.

As we go along, it is a process; they will outlaw everything we have on the website. They will outlaw Brother Branham’s message that is on the website. Don’t you think that is fun, friend. Anything that speaks against the world council of churches, they are going to start outlawing them gradually. Although the image of the beast is not yet fully formed, they are going to start taking away the charters and they will start taking away our privileges. That is what the prophet said. They are going to come in gradually and start shutting down churches. All our books will be outlawed. All our tapes will be outlawed. And not only that: you will be outlawed. You yourself will be outlawed.

A fellow like me, they will have half of a million soldiers looking for me. They’ll say, “That man said that.” But He will keep us from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them. Are you enjoying this? Are you seeing the line here? [Congregation says, “Amen!”]

Now, don’t get into your mind that you are going to face the mark of the beast. No. You could get the mark of the beast right now, if you want it. All you have to do is to reject the truth, walk away from it and call it the devil. That is the mark of the beast.

So, He wants a surrendered heart. This is the time they will call for a license, this is the time they will call for us to be affiliated with a recognized body, but at that time you must be prepared. You cannot get the Token, the outpouring of the Holy Ghost without a surrendered heart. If you do not surrender your heart right now, you cannot be born again. And if you are not born again, you cannot get the Token during that time. All right!

Now, I want to bring something here. Backsliders will be pleading to come in, and right now some of them that lived such nasty and filthy lives are now asking to come in as they see this world crisis. They will stay out there and live their life out there. They are not just going to walk in and defile the women. No. So now, friends, something is going to happen. First of all, I quote Brother Bob. He said, “First, you will lose your jobs. Second, you will lose your houses, then you will lose your lands, your money. They will call for your life last. When they call for your lives that’s the time we will go, because the Bride will not be shut up. She will be taken up.”

 

 

Outpouring CAUSES w.c.c. formation

 

Now, I want to read some strange quotes from Brother Branham, no matter how much we have it figured out (Spoken Word Is The Original Seed, 1962). He was the prophet; we are the believers.

 

Quote W.M.B.: 127-4 Billy Graham may preach everywhere; Oral Roberts, them godly men may preach everywhere. The Lord may send me to sow seeds somewhere else (some field), but I believe our nation is sowed down, and I believe she's ready for the harvest now. (Spoken Word Original Seed 62-0318e).

 

Unquote. Brothers and sisters, there are two harvests in the world. One harvest is the wheat and the other is the tares. Billy Graham and Oral Roberts sowed for the tares. William Branham sowed for the wheat.

This gathering of the world council of churches is the reaping of the tares, first, and bind them into bundles. All right! Hear this. Are you ready? [Congregation says, “Amen!”]

 

Quote W.M.B.: When the Spirit falls and there becomes a move amongst the people, them denominations will swing together just as certain as I'm standing in the pulpit. And the church of God will be ousted, and they'll make it such a racket until they'll confederate it and put a boycott on anybody that don't belong to them. Rome will rule the world for just a hour. She'll rule for a little piece. Not Communism, Romanism will rule the world with the cooperation of Protestantism in a denominational form of church, which God has rejected. That's as close as I know the Word of God. (Spoken Word Original Seed 62-0318e).

 

Now, if you are not too sleepy, friends; I was wondering all along what was keeping back the unionization of the churches and the federation of churches, but my prophet was saying, “When the Spirit falls and there becomes a move amongst the people, them denominations will swing together just as certain as I’m standing in the pulpit.” This council of churches is waiting on something to be fully formed and that is the coming of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. I believe with all my heart that that is the standard the Lord will raise up, when the enemy starts coming in like a flood. That means we are not alone, children. That means we have great hope. That means we have to get the hope that is set before. That means we have to qualify for the Token if we will withstand the hour of temptation. “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience...” And what is the word of His patience? The word of His patience is that we believe the promised Token to come, and we had been patiently waiting for the promise, like Abraham waited for the promise. And because we kept the word of His patience, He promised to keep us from the hour of temptation, which shall come to try all people upon the earth. But out of all those people that will be tried and fail, God has chosen you and I, who were looking all the time for the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit and He will keep thee from the hour of temptation.

All right! If my understanding is correct, my brothers and sisters, when they tighten up, when they demand licenses, when they demand affiliation, somewhere around that time when the squeeze comes down, when the press comes down and when we are challenged, the Spirit will fall. It sounds very easy, doesn’t it? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] The Spirit will fall. When the Spirit falls, jealousy starts up, and they are going to come like the Pharisees and Scribes: “Unless we do something with this Jesus, He is going to come and take away our place and the Romans will come in here.” And they plotted to kill him, because He was doing signs, wonders and miracles and exposing them.

So now there is a move of God, and when the move of God starts up, those organizations will become alert. They will say, “What? We are losing our members? Who are those: the Branhamites, Bethelites? We got to do something about this.” Brother Branham said that they will swing together right away, as certain as he was standing on the pulpit.

Where does that put the followers of Malachi 4 that do not believe in an outpouring of the Holy Spirit? They will be bewildered. They will not know what to do. No, friends. Hear what is going to happen now. The minute they see the amount of power and demonstration, he said that the church of God will be ousted. Immediately, overnight they will enact laws to shut us down. I do not know all of it, but this is going to cause great trouble. All right! Hear this. I am quoting from, “End Time Sign Seed,” 1962.

  

Quote W.M.B.: E-64 But the Word of God has been sowed also. And when the Spirit of God begins to fall, the Word of God will live in the people. And that false bride that's committed adultery out there, and brought herself into creeds, and sold out her birthrights will reap what? A confederation of church, that's to be bound and burned like the thorns and thistles. But where the Word of God's been sowed into the people's heart, it will reap a Bride for Christ as certain as I'm standing here. (The End Time Sign Seed 62-0319).     

 

 

Spirit – latter rain produces persecution

 

In a separate quote, he said, “You will not be able to speak unless you got a permission or license from this federation of churches to hold a service.” Now brethren, I am feeling very good even because the prophet of God is nailing this thing down and the great persecution and the great temptation strongly upon the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Now I could see a little better where we are heading. Yes. He said, “And when that Spirit comes, it is going to cause a boycott. It is going swing the federation of churches right away, together.”

I was wondering if I could put that in the scriptures. All right! Let me see if I get another quotation to support that. How many knows the latter rain is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] All right! I am quoting from, “Spoken Word is the Original Seed.”

 

Quote W.M.B.: 55-4  Now, what they're trying to do, they're trying to--to manufacture a latter rain. Nonsense. Why, that latter rain will sweep the world, brother. And then a former rain sowing Word... That's right. Now, you'll see what the latter rain produces. You'll find out there'll be an affiliation. The Pentecostals and all the groups will come together, and they'll shut the doors on them guys that won't listen to it; and you won't even be allowed to open your mouth. That's right. That's when He will come. That's when He will show. That's when you'll see a rain. Oh, my, lay still; be quiet; let it go. See? (Spoken Word Original Seed 62-0318m).

 

It’s coming together, brother. That rain is coming together with the temptation. That is the standard the Lord will raise. And everybody that denies the promise of God now, around the message world, they will not be prepared for that standard the Lord will raise up. There will be weeping, and wailing and gnashing of teeth. So now, the prophet of God put that into about three different quotations where he linked the outpouring of the Holy Ghost to swing the federation of churches together. I was wondering about that in the scriptures, and perhaps I taught it differently and Brother Branham taught it differently too, but I believe this way, because it comes back to the scriptures.     

 

 

Bride’s persecution before & after Pentecost - standard raised

 

There arose a persecution that took our Lord to the cross, and caused the disciples and apostles to flee naked and the church was closed down, evangelism was stopped. And about that time the token came, which is a latter rain that came on the day of Pentecost. And only after the latter rain, the great persecution started that killed Stephen and caused the martyrdom of the saints around the world. I believe that is right in the scriptures. So, there arose a persecution that sent Jesus to the cross. And in the midst of the persecution on the Bride, what happened is, the Lord raised a standard. The standard was the coming of the Token. And when the Token came, the Pharisees became jealous, the Sadducees became jealous and they got together and they broke out a persecution on the saints and it scattered them everywhere to go and preach the gospel. Something got to scatter us. We are too comfortable here. They were praying but were not scattered; and they went everywhere preaching the gospel. Brother Branham said that is the closest he could come and bring that to the Word. I am saying, this is the closest I could bring it to the Word. I do not know what God has planned, but I am saying exactly what the prophet said. There is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit around the time the Bible calls, the hour of temptation.

This is the coming of the mark of the beast about that time when they swing together because of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. This is the image of the beast. Do you understand the image of the beast? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] That is the time of the image of the beast, W.C.C., world council of churches. The token will cause it to swing together. All right! Around that time when they swing together, that is the time the world will receive their solution for the money crisis. Power will be invested into the world council of churches that nobody could buy or sell without authorization. The world trade centre will be set up in Rome; and nobody could function without the authority from Rome. That is why the merchants were crying.

All right! If you are tired, I could close there. [Congregation says, “No!”]

This is the hour of Joel’s army. It is not going to pass just like that. There got to be dynamic power upon the earth to cause such jealousy, and this world evangelism will start and it will evangelize the world within three to six months. It will shake science. It will shake the religious world. It will bring the world council of churches together to stop the Bride. You are talking about hatred. You are talking about jealousy. You are talking about these seeds of the serpent. I say, seeds of the serpent, tares; children of the wicked one. The children of the wicked one are serpent seeds. They will be bundled together in the world council of churches. They hate the “Branhamites.” They hate Bethel. They will get the backsliders that hate the Word of God and persecute the Word of God right inside of there; Judases. This is what you will have to face.

You cannot face this big bunch of serpent seeds by yourself. They will kill you. But the ministry of judgement will start immediately. Joel 2: 3, “Behind them is a burning wilderness, before them is as the Garden of Eden.” So much power will fall upon the Bride, the Bible said, “They shall run like mighty men of war, they shall jump over the walls, they shall walk together and they shall not break their ranks.”  Now, that’s the kind of an army. You would not be a coward bunch of people.

Joel 2: 3- 10 <A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:

Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.

They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:>

When the Holy Ghost falls upon you, when that great Outpouring comes upon you, you will be like Peter. He walked out there from the Upper Room and said, “Let the whole house of Israel know that God hath made the same Jesus both Lord and Christ. This is that which was prophesied by Joel the prophet. If you want to kill me, kill me. Do what you want with me.” Those same people were hiding in the Upper Room but when the Holy Ghost came upon them, they did not care about their lives. This is the kind of power that is coming to the Bride of Christ

 

 

Speak the word power

.

All right! Around that time, as they start pressing against the Bride of Christ. It’s coming close, you know. They are enacting laws overnight. You will hear that one of the brothers got caught and they killed them; frontline men. They catch another brother there and throw him in jail. We will have power. Angels will be with us. Oh my, I do not have the time tonight. The outpouring has come and the angels are posted at the believers. They are going to open the prison. They tapped Peter on the side and said, “Gird up your sandals.” The gate opened up on its own accord in front of them. He said, “Walk out this way.”

We will not be alone. There is going to be a heavenly host. The third pull is a ministry of angels. Don’t you know that? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] And around that time Brother Branham said, “When the press comes down, then look for the third pull, the speak the Word ministry.” When they start pressing you out, when they start getting stiff with you, look out for the third pull. “What you have seen done temporarily will be in its full manifestation of its power.” He said, “Watch the third pull then.” The third pull will coincide with the

Outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Yes.

 

 

Church squeezed – 3rd pull fullness

 

Quote W.M.B.: 6-1 ...the third pull has now been vindicated, and I'm sure you all know what it is.

Now, remember, there'll never be any impersonation of that, 'cause it can't be. It cannot be. Now, it's in existence,...it's just happened, so it could identify its presence among you. See? But it will not be used in a great way, until this council begins to tighten up. And... when that does... The Pentecostals and so forth can almost impersonate anything could be done, but when that time comes, when the squeeze comes down, then you'll see what you have seen temporarily, be manifested in the fullness of its power. See...?... see?

...And now, on persons like ourselves, we're going to be cut out of all that altogether. That's exactly, because they won't be able to do it. It's tightening; and then when that time comes, and the press comes to a place to where you're pressed out, then watch (what I am fixing to tell you in a few minutes) watch the third pull then. We will need a different kind of power. You don’t need that kind of power to run down a man and lay hands upon him. We need a power to speak the Word. Limbs, arms and eyeballs will come into existence. Yes. That is what the prophet of God preached. I believe the thing.

Around that time, somehow or the other, by the sovereign grace of God the tent will be set up in Mexico. It will start in Old Mexico. I believe that will cause a great fear, when they see the amount of people being healed and how many are being saved. I believe that is going to trigger-off plenty problems. Yes. Jealousy will start. The third pull ministry, it will even attract science. Brother Branham said that the scientists lifted up their heads, they were attracted and then they went back to their work, because the power, signs and wonders will be so great, so wonderful, so mighty. I do not have time to elaborate on the kind of signs and wonders.

But then there is the greater sign and wonder. Hold it tonight in your heart, way down in your hearts for your family, for your children, that old mother, that old father, that neighbour: hold it right in your heart. No matter how wayward your children are, hold it in your heart. Let that be in your heart. Your baby in your hands, the little infants, the little ones, five years, seven years, you do not know if they are going in the rapture: hold that in your heart. And somebody will ask you, “Ask what you will and it shall be granted unto you.” Then you will be able to say, “The salvation of my girls.” And he will say, “Be it unto you according to your will.” These times are coming, children. You believe these things. Why would the Lord demonstrate that to Sister Hattie Wright? Even because something like that was coming in its fullness later on.

But to have that you must be surrendered to God, children. To stand the temptation you have got to be surrendered to God. To have that kind of miracle you have got to surrender your life now. I say, let the young people forget all the nonsense. Let the old men forget their nonsense. Put down your offences. It is time to surrender.

 

 

Power and demonstration

 

O my, I don’t know how I can make you understand about the hour that is coming. Think of the little ones in our midst. I weep in my heart when I look around to my grandchildren: “Could they make it?” But God, you have a promise and I am claiming those little ones, even for my brothers and sisters. They love them the same way. Let us humble our hearts; serve God. Let us find favour with God like Sister Hattie Wright. All the miracles can take place but if our little ones are left behind, what will be their portion? It’s better that I don’t go in the rapture. My God! We got to surrender, children. We must sit under the right ministry. As long as you don’t sit under the right ministry, you could never be born again. Never be born again. You got to have the right seed planted in you. Yes. You got to get away from these heretics in India, Africa, and China and the Caribbean. Come out of the tents of Korah, Abiram and Dathan, for the earth is getter ready to swallow them.

There would be great power, signs and wonders. You know all these devils around the message say that  “all is over, all was in Brother Branham.” You lying dog, trying to stop the Bride, trying to stop the third pull, trying to stop the tent vision, saying that is was fulfilled mysteriously. You lying dog. Brother Branham looked for it until he died and we are looking for it. There shall be another outpouring of the Holy Ghost. There are people who are now preaching an outpouring of the Holy Spirit but they have heresies in their hearts.

Alright. Now, a man is preaching another outpouring, but preaching heresies, saying that the outpouring is already come and is being given out everywhere. They told me to write to this certain man, that the Spirit has fallen and he is giving it out to the churches in Africa. I will deal with you later, you heretic! My hands are filled right now.

Now, we got to get great power, because this council is becoming stronger and stronger. Yes. We have lost our churches already, they shut it down. Yes sir! Bethel’s doors are closed. Yes, your houses, you have no more house, yes, you are in the marketplace. The Lord is going to feed us by the third pull. We have no power to buy or sell, yes, but we will break the bread again! Yes, I say we will break the bread again! You say, “Where did Brother Branham say so?”

There was a man that came up to Brother Branham and he said, “If you have so much power and you are the true church, why don’t you break the bread and feed the multitude?” He said, “As soon as we get rid of you formal fanatics, the Church will be doing that again!” Yes. And if they used five breads that time, we will use one bread and we will feed the body of Christ, instead of creating squirrels we will say “Let there be a calf!” Yes! “Let there be a ‘manicou!’ [Ed. Opossum.] Let there be a goat!” Yes sir, and we will cook it and eat it!

You think I am a fanatic! I am no fanatic; the God that created squirrels could create a bull, yes sir! The God that fed five thousand can feed a million, what are you telling me about?! The God that rained manna from heaven can do it again! The God that gave the Israelites those birds, and threw them in the camp, he can do it again! I am a believer and you are believers, yes sir!

We are not going to fear the pope! Let him keep his food stocked up in the Vatican, let him keep his money, yes my brother. Now, but the pope is wrath, he is looking for us, and we are under the power of God, we are under the power of the Token, yes, the army’s after us, the Police are after us, my brother, the Lord is keeping us from the hour of temptation by the Token. Yes sir. And they say, “Look them there!” Yes sir, and my brothers and sisters, by the time they raise their guns to shoot, they say, “But they’re gone! Where are they? Where are they?” My brother, the Lord made us invisible. You are talking about power! You’re talking about signs! My brother, they don’t know what to do with us; they don’t know where we are. One minute we are here, next minute we are there, and by that time, no doubt, we are travelling by a thought, yes sir! And they say, “Catch him there!” My brother, we think a thought, “City of San Fernando!” A fellow says, “He reached down to San Fernando, I just seen him!” “City of Port-of-Spain.” You have them fooled, yes sir.

An army is coming, my brothers and sisters, and they say, “Thou man of God, the king sent us for you, the Pope sent us.” He says, “If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and burn all of you!” You think that can’t happen again? It is a judgement ministry! Judgement ministry! It is going to come to pass, yes sir, right upon this earth! Behind them, my brother, is a burning wilderness, and before them is as the Garden of Eden, yes sir!

You are talking about jumping like mighty men of war. A fellow says, “Catch him there!” He jumps over Golden Grove prison wall. A police says, “Catch him there.” He jumps right over the highway, over a truck! Yes sir, if Elijah could have ran faster than the horses, what about you and I with the power of God? Yes sir! I believe in miracles! I believe in God!

My God, so the pope is getting wrathful, he’s getting red in his face, he says, “Who are these fellows, that you cannot catch that Bruce?” Who are they, you cannot catch that Deo? How you cannot catch that Mc Gahee?” Yes sir, by that time Mc Gahee’s throat has straightened out. Oh yes. He’s speaking the Word, performing signs and wonders. Don’t doubt it! Don’t let that unbelief sit down there you know! No sir, such miracles would come to pass!

Alright. Now, the power is on the earth, the power has started getting so great from the baptism of the Holy Ghost, that a wave of glory comes! And when that wave of glory hits it brings up the Laodicean age. We have not been changed as yet. Yes, brings up the Laodicean age. Brother Branham appears, the different saints appear, the saints that died in GCC, saints that died in India, saints that died in Bethel, we see them as young as ever. “The last shall be first and the first last.” Another wave of glory hits, we are getting nearer the rapture now. Oh, the pope is mad, he enacts laws, he sends out more soldiers, more police, my brother, he equips them with greater power, yes, to catch these “miserable” fellows that would not join the world council of churches. Seven waves of glory hit, and you are talking about power on the earth. Seven waves of glory, yes, the ransom body of Christ is resurrected and they are walking upon the face of the earth, yes sir. And they will appear to the saints like they did in the time of Jesus. Mathew 27: 50-53 “And they appeared to many in the city”, as young as ever, and though they became young, we will know them by divine revelation, just like they had known Moses and Elias and had never seen a picture of them, and Moses and Elias were recognized by Peter, James and John. We would recognize them.

Oh my brothers and sisters, and with that wave of glory now, you could hardly stay on the earth because it’s power! My God, no wonder why you are jumping over that wall, no wonder why you are passing the horses. You will pass the fastest motorcar. My, you say, “Who is that there?!” The Spirit of the Lord takes you and goes down the road. A little sister runs down here, all her hair flowing behind. Yes, her long dress trailing down in the back there, my brother. “Hallelujah, praise the Lord!” And she has power, she has signs, she has wonders. Seven waves of glory hit the earth, yes sir, and they are about to catch us now, yes sir, and that great power just sweeps over us and we are changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump, we are changed. We have not left the earth as yet, you know. No, we are changed. Jesus was changed and was upon the earth for forty days. That is not the Rapture, that’s the change.

Let them come and shoot now, let them come and shoot, we are changed. My brother, bullets pass through you and you just give them a salute. They drop their guns and take off. Some of them fall down on their knees to repent. My God, it will be a glorious time. Yes sir, the Rapture has not taken place, now you are changed, yes, you are changed my brother, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye! You become young; you get back your hair. “Hey, what is happening here? But wait I have a different garment! A heavenly garment. My false teeth fell out. I got back my eyesight. I can see clearly.” My brother, you realize that something took place, we are all youths again. Only youths are going in the rapture. Only youths, yes I am telling you! Yes, ninety-two, ninety-three years of age? Gramps (Brother Rogers) becomes a youth, Brother Narinesingh becomes a youth. Yes sir! I become a youth, yes sir, and the sisters and they, you are talking about, they come back to their beauty as young women. You are talking about a time, and we are changed!

Now, the sad part is the foolish virgins are around and they say, “What happened to you, Brother Bruce?” I am changed, “But I was not changed, Brother Bruce”, and they know the rapture is about to take place. “Let me feel you, Brother Bruce? That’s immortality?” Yes, bend my finger, see if I would bawl. Cuff me; see if you could cause me to feel pain. Well brother, sister, you have missed the rapture, be strong. I will tell you what to do from henceforth; such and such and such will happen upon the earth from here on, be strong, don’t join the world council of churches; give up your life! “But my children too, brother? I wish I had obeyed you, Brother Bruce! Look at my little children! Six, seven, look at my teenagers. I missed the rapture.” Brethren, that is going to happen just the way that I am telling you.

Jesus was resurrected, walked upon the earth for forty days and at a certain time the rapture itself, the catching away was not in a moment or in the twinkling of an eye; He started to ascend slowly (it was not swift), started to go up. Would that be the same way? It will be a crying time. Would there be a bunch of people, five hundred, looking at our ascension? There’s got to be witnesses. There’s a lot that’s involved, there is a lot that’s involved.

Yes, the way that I love the souls of men, brothers and sisters, if I could preach something into this, to show that foolish virgin how to fight their way through that tribulation and resist the pope, I would be happy. Don’t think that your hearts would not pain you, you know, when you know that those people who did not surrender their lives and who played church and sat together and took communion and lived with you and you know them by name and you hugged them up and you lived in the same house with some of them and some are going and some are not going. “Two shall be in the bed, one shall be taken, the other left behind.” Two of you were grinding at the mill, one was taken and the other one was left behind. Two were in the field... It will be a sad time but you would not be able to do nothing. They will be saying, “How I wished that I had surrendered my life.” The Bible says, “There shall be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth.” This is going to happen, my brothers and sisters, just the way that I have told you. Let us prepare for it; let us prepare. Amen.
