BEAST, MARK & IMAGE

 

CHAPTER SIX

 

We want to take the opportunity to welcome all the visitors in our midst. We want you to feel real welcome here this morning, and we are going to speak of some important things that probably you have never heard before as visitors, but we are very familiar with these things. And it will bring in the world happenings again for a little bit here before you, the things that are transpiring in the world and what are the meaning of them. So I want you to read this morning with me that is why I have you seated there, because I want you to turn to the scripture over in Revelation 14, and keep your Bibles handy because we are going to read another scripture. So if we stand in respect to the reading of God’s Word, we will read from Revelation 14:9.

            Revelation 14:9-13 <And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.>

            I want to lay emphasis upon the eleventh verse again.

 

 

DOOMED TO DESTRUCTION

 

<And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.>

            May the Lord add the blessing to the reading of his Holy Word, you may be seated. I believe that we would be hearing for a while concerning the mark of the beast, the image of the beast and the beast himself, because I believe that we are living in that time of Bible prophecy. And it is sad, but the whole world is asleep and they are not fully aware of what is going on around them in the light of modern events. But what make this prophecy very important is the happenings in the world today, of what is happening in the way of wars and rumours of wars, and what is happening amongst the nations coming together to fight terrorism. This prophecy, I believe has its fulfilment in our day, and it is connected with all that is happening around the world, we hear the news and we read the newspapers. And billions of people upon the face of the earth, they take these things for granted, and all that they do is to choose a side and say, I am on the side of America or I am on the side of the Afghans. But there are a people today that are on God’s side. And that’s the only side that is going to really survive what is about to come upon the face of the earth.

            So I want to take my time this morning and explain to you a little bit about the scripture that we just read in such a way that it could make sense to you, it could help you to understand some things that you never understood before. That’s Revelation 14:9-11, and we read here a terrific piece of scripture. And that is, there was an angel that brought forth a message and he said, whosoever shall worship the beast or his image or take the mark of the beast, will not have rest day nor night, but will be tormented. Right there we can understand that this beast, the image and the mark of the beast, is something that is evil. That we should not take the mark of the beast nor worship the beast nor his image. So this angel that brought forth that message announced that very strongly and even repeated it. And it says that those that took the mark of the beast, the smoke of their torment ascend up forever and ever, and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

            Now, I believe that this is a serious something here and it should occupy the interest of every human being here and whosoever will hear such a preaching in the days to come. It should grab the attention of every human soul, knowing that if you are caught in this trap of worshipping the beast and his image and taking his mark, you are doomed; you are doomed to destruction, you go to the lake of fire and you will burn there forever and ever: a space of time, and you have no rest day nor night. Now, I believe that any sensible human being, knowing that such prophecy is in the scripture and a warning came forth by an angel from Almighty God to warn that human being, I believe he or she should take heed, and should be concerned. This is not just a physical punishment, because many people aren’t afraid of death. And if it was just natural death then nobody would be afraid. If you die, you die. But when it involves your soul; after death is the judgment.

There is a human soul in every human being. After that human being falls down and dies, that soul comes out and it lives on. And there is only one out of two places that soul can go, and that is to a place of peace or a place of torment. Now, I believe that if you had never heard the gospel, after hearing the gospel and knowing that there is a punishment after death, if you die as a sinner, I believe that it should grab the attention of every human being. Jesus said, fear not them that can destroy the body but can do no more after that, but fear Him rather that can destroy both the body and the soul in hell fire. I believe in a hell, I believe in a lake of fire. We believe in a heaven, we believe in a paradise, we believe in a new world to come and the Bible is true. After you die here that’s not the end of it; you are going to wake up somewhere else. And we have many stories in the Bible: the story of Lazarus and the great rich man. And the Bible said, “And the rich man died and in hell he opened his eyes being in torment.” This life is not finished after death my brothers and sisters. We are all aware of that and we are all conscious of that, and that is why we are gathered here this morning because we believe in a hereafter; this is not all of it.

You have a soul and that soul is going to usher out from this body one of these days, and it is going to go into a place of torment if you fail to accept the Lord Jesus Christ and be baptized in his name and if you are not born again of the Spirit; that means a change of nature where the desires for the sins come out from down inside of the soul; the desires. It ‘s not a matter of joining a church, not keeping of a code of rules and regulations and rituals and formalities and worship of idols, but a transforming work must be done in your heart where you lose the desires for sin.

You cannot serve God until you lose the desires for sin. And that’s the problem in the world today; we have thousands of churches where people are trying to keep rules and regulations by an evil nature, but the miracle of Christianity is a change of nature. And when you have that change of nature, you lose the desire for smoking, the desire for drinking, the desire for cursing, and the desires for all the things of the world, you lose those desires. Then you are a Christian, because you could see the cigarette there and you don’t want to smoke, you lose the cursing spirit, you lose the lying spirit. It’s a miracle of change; that’s the miracle of Christianity. Jesus said, ye must be born again. And if that change comes into you, then if you fall down and die today, that soul ushers out into a place of peace. But if you die as a sinner with those appetites of sin down inside of you and you have heard the gospel and never made an effort to cry out to Almighty God, never made an effort to sit in His presence, never made an effort to ask somebody how to be saved, never made an effort to ask somebody how to live a Christian life and how not to go to hell...

I believe there was a bunch of people in the second chapter of the book of Acts that found themselves sinners and they cried out, they said, men and brethren, what shall we do? And Brother Peter said, repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. Somebody got to tell you what to do, somebody got to tell you how to be saved, somebody got to baptize you, somebody got to lead you because you are a lost sheep and you need a shepherd to lead you to eternal life. And when you do that then your soul will usher out into a place of rest.

            And by this message of the third angel out here, he cried out that whosoever shall take the mark of the beast and worship his image and worship the beast shall not have rest day nor night but shall be tormented. In other words, while you as a human being live upon the face of the earth here and this prophecy is fulfilled and you happen to be caught in that net, happen to be caught in that antichrist system and demonic affair, then you do not have a chance, you will be cast into hell and you’ll be tormented although you are a religious person, although you belong to a church, although you belong to a religion, although you are a good person, although you are a good moral man or woman, you will be cast into the lake of fire. I believe the Bible. How many believe the Bible? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] I believe the Bible. The Bible says that whosoever shall worship the beast, and shall worship the image. So we are dealing with something here the beast, the image and his mark.

            So the title of this little message is “Image of the Beast – The Beast, Image and Mark.” And I want to edify you this morning, step by step of what this is, because right now it’s a parable. If you have never heard this before, you will say, “What is this beast, what is this image, what is this mark, I am at a lost, I don’t want that. But what is the beast? Suppose I am worshipping the beast and I don’t know, suppose I am worshipping the image and I don’t know, suppose I have the mark and I don’t know”, then somebody must tell you. And nobody had known this in the whole world. Therefore God sent a third angel and he declared to beware of this beast, beware of the image and beware of the mark, and he tells you that if ever you take that mark and you worship these things here you’ll be tormented day and night.

            I want to call your attention first of all to the fact that this is an end-time prophecy, and we are that generation that is right now about ready to face the fulfilment of this prophecy. It happened that we are that generation that are living now upon the face of the earth that is going to see the fulfilment of this prophecy, therefore we are the ones that this warning came to. The warning came to the living people in the end-time to beware of this great trap of Satan. I don’t think that we are wasting time this morning then. We are here to talk about the beast, we are here to talk about the image, we are here to talk about his mark, and we are talking about how to escape this. So it is an end-time prophecy. How do you know preacher that this is an end-time prophecy? It is an end-time prophecy because right in the same scripture it went on to say:

Revelation 14: 12-13<Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.>

Immediately after the sounding of this third angel’s warning, the scripture continued to say that the saints of God are going to be rewarded for the patience they bore and not only that, their works are going to follow them, that if they die in this time here, immediately they will be resurrected and their works do follow them, this here is an end-time prophecy. So now this prophecy here is in the end-time for the end-time people, you and I, brothers and sisters, boys and girls, old and young, we are about to face the fulfilment of this prophecy. We will yet be alive here on the earth to see the fulfilment of this prophecy and it is right now in our midst creeping up upon the world and the world don’t know anything about it.

 

 

THIRD ANGEL’S MESSAGE REJECTED

 

Why does the world not know anything about this prophecy? I will tell you right here, because they rejected the third angel’s message.     The only angel that was sent of God to warn the people and to tell them what the beast is, what the mark is, and what the image is, they turned down that third angel. And I have news for you, if I would come here this morning and tell you beast, and tell you image, and tell you mark, and whosoever take it is going to go to hell, that’s a mystery. How many know that’s a mystery? It’s a mystery, you will ask me what is beast, what is image, what is mark, so therefore that in itself was a mystery. This here that the third angel came with and broadcast a warning to beware of these things here, it’s a mystery. Now that makes the third angel and the seventh angel of Revelation 10:7, one and the same. Alright, preacher why did you say that? Because Revelation 10:7 says:

<But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.>

And that simply means that Revelation 10:7, the seventh angel to the church of God was gifted to unravel the mysteries of the Bible. And when he begins to sound then the people are going to find out what is beast, what is the image, what is the mark of the beast, and we are some of those people here this morning that understand what beast is, and what image is, and what the mark of the beast is and many other mysteries. You say preacher I’ll have you to know that this angel was flying. Yes, sure he was flying in the realms of the spirit. Revelation is a book of symbols and all these symbols mean something, even the flying means something, he was flying in the realms of the Spirit.

            So now, the third angel of Revelation 14 and the angel of Revelation 10:7 that was supposed to unravel the mysteries was one and the same person, was one and the same ministry in the end-time. You say, how do you know who is that angel, third angel or seventh angel, how do you know him? When you find him he will have the revelation of the mysteries, very simple. It is not anybody that rises up and say that they are the third angel or the seventh angel or the eighth angel or whatever they want to call themselves; it is the one that has the revelation of the mysteries; that proves who he is. And beyond a shadow of doubt there was only one man upon the face of the earth who unravelled the mysteries today and his name was William Branham. A man hated, rejected and despised by the religious world. But this was that man gifted with that ministry to tell the whole world, since he was a prophet to the whole world, a messenger to the whole world and he was gifted of God to come and edify the people of the world in the end-time concerning the beast, concerning his image, and concerning his mark. He went through the organizations for better than thirty years and told the people concerning these things. But because they loved money more than the Word of God, because they loved the pleasures of this world more than the Word of God, they rejected William Branham in 1963, after that, they are groping in darkness and blindness because they rejected the message of the third angel. Because they never took heed to understand what the beast is, and what the image is, and what the mark is, here they are groping in darkness, and those prophecies are being fulfilled right in their midst today and they don’t understand what is going on. And that is what will happen to anybody that hardens their heart against the Word of God, against the ministry of Christ, that wallow in sin, you become blind.

            There was a prophet one time that played with money, and he played with popularity and he became blind and a donkey was seeing more than him, his name was Balaam. And so are these ministers today, so are these preachers today, so are these theologians today, they went after money. But God had a little donkey today that was seeing more than them. Balaam’s donkey was seeing the angel in the way with a drawn sword ready to kill Balaam. But God in this hour and this time after sending his prophet, they rejected the counsel of God. Now they are going to be the very fulfilment of the image of the beast and the mark of the beast, which is right now upon the face of the earth.

 

 

THE BEAST, IMAGE & MARK

 

            And the man of God who had wisdom, counted the mark of the beast. So let me just deal with that a little bit, the mark of the beast. Where is the mark of the beast, who is the beast, and what is the image? Let me just brief you on the mark of the beast a little bit. Right now in the Vatican, right now in Rome, is sitting a man with a crown, upon that crown is inscribed: VICARIUS FILII DEI, checking that in roman numerals it is the number 666, exactly what the Bible said in Revelation 13, that the mark of the beast is going to be 666. And that is upon a crown that is in the Vatican right now for anybody to see. This had been upon the face of the earth for many hundreds of years. But the Bible said let him that hath wisdom count the mark of the beast for the mark of the beast is the number of a man, not the number of a computer, not the number of some warrior, it is the number of a man and his number is six hundred, threescore and six.

            This man that God sent in the end-time here, he could not reveal anything by himself but he was inspired of Almighty God. Because our Lord is concerned about his people here upon the face of the earth, he is concerned about the beast rising up, he is concerned about the image rising up, and he is concerned about the mark that the people of God is going to take in the end-time. So Christ revealed this in the end-time by the message of the third angel. I am saying that the message of the third angel and the message of the seventh angel are one and the same. And the important article for the message of the hour that came today by William Branham was to warn the whole world to beware of the mark of the beast. In his interpretation by the scriptures, I will give you in a nutshell, what is the beast, we are dealing with the beast, the image and the mark, and I am going to make that statement and then continue to prove that. Now according to the revelation that was revealed by Christ today through his servant William Branham, the beast is none other than the Roman Catholic Church. And the image to the beast is none other than the World Council of Churches that is presently being formed upon the face of the earth. And the mark of the beast is the inscription upon the pope’s crown that is right now upon his crown in the Vatican, VICARIUS FILII DEI. How many believe that?

            The only way that we know these things is because we heard the message of the third angel, and we heard the message of the seventh angel. The only reason that we know these things is because we opened up our hearts to the message of the third angel. I don’t believe that it was your doing, I don’t believe that it was your goodness that caused you to understand these things, but I believe it is the grace of God. And that grace of God that came to you could come upon any visitor here this morning, could come upon any Catholic, any Pentecostal, and any Baptist. And that is what we were, Baptists, Pentecostals, Nazarenes, Hindus and Muslims, but you know what brought us together, we are fleeing the mark of the beast. This message was broadcasted for many years, we heard the message to escape the mark of the beast and we are fleeing for our lives. That is the purpose of our gathering here today. This is not an organization, we don’t have a roll book here, we don’t have a membership here, you don’t have to belong to anything, but you got to belong to Christ. The reason that we preach the gospel, the reason that we are assembled here, and the reason that we come together, is to talk about what is happening upon the face of the earth and how to escape hell, death and destruction. This is not an organization, anyone is free to come and go. But if you are going to belong here, you got to live the life. You cannot commit fornication and come in here, and you cannot live in adultery and come in here. Sure you could be here as a visitor, but I am talking about people that say that they belong to this body of people. Sure God is calling the adulterer, God is calling the fornicator, he is calling the liar, he is calling the whoremonger, but then God wants you to change and turn around and turn away from that life.

 

 

IMAGE OF THE BEAST

 

            Now, I want to deal with this in an elaborate way and that is, what is the image of the beast? I want to prove that to you scripturally, what is the image of the beast, what is that? Is it something made out of iron, or clay? That is what we want to find out. What is the image? Where that image is located? What is the mark? What is the beast? Alright, we are dealing here a little bit with the image to the beast. We want to find out what is the image to the beast. Alright, if you make an image of me, it is something that resembles me. So we are dealing with the image of something. Then if we are dealing with an image, there is an original pattern somewhere from which this image was duplicated. If I find a carbon copy, there is an original somewhere from where the copy came. I believe that is very simple. Now if you want to find out what is this image of the beast, we have to go back and get the original pattern. So first we have to understand what is the beast then, if you don’t understand what the beast is, you cannot know what the image is. So it is useless to try to tell you what the image is here this morning unless I first tell you what is the beast, because the image of the beast is duplicated from this beast here. Now if we could understand what the beast is, then we will have a clear cut understanding on what is the image. How many want to find out what is the beast? And it got to be found in the Bible. This isn’t a Nancy story.

            Listen, if all these things were supposed to be upon the face of the earth and God would not send a prophet, he would not send a messenger, he would not send an angel, he would not send his servants to warn his people, what kind of God that is going to be? I would not serve a God like that. But six billion people’s souls are threatened. Now if six billion people’s souls are threatened, it behoves Almighty God to send forth a messenger with a message to warn the people, not only warn the people but identify what the beast is, identify the image, and identify the mark of the beast, then I could know where I am going.

            And we are happy to announce that we have the identification of the beast because of this message. We are happy to announce that we have the identification of the image. And we are happy to announce that we have the identification of the mark of the beast. That is why we could speak here this morning and edify our children that don’t understand, edify the visitors, edify our friends, and edify whosoever comes in contact with us. Now Revelation 13:1 tells us about the beast. Now do you understand what I am trying to get at? I am speaking on the image to the beast, but I cannot speak on the image to the beast unless I show you what the beast is, because it is an image. Now if they make an image of me and put it outside there, you will ask, who is this man? Well this is Brother Bruce, but you have never seen Brother Bruce yet, you don’t know who he is. What kind of image is this? Why is his hand like that? Why his foot is like that? Come I am going to show you. Now this is Brother Bruce here and we made a picture of him over there.

 

 

SCULPTOR OF IMAGE - IMAGE

 

Now, in order to make an image like that, it takes a sculptor. And we are talking about an image to the beast therefore we are going to find the sculptor of this image. The Bible got to tell us who is the sculptor of this image of the beast. There is somebody that got to be behind this, to duplicate this beast and make an image of it. The man that makes an image of something, he’s a sculptor. So there is a sculptor somewhere, the Bible got to tell us who the sculptor is, it got to tell us what this image is, and it got to tell us about this beast. So first of all I will read quickly Revelation 13, I will have to run through this because I have one or two things to bring to you. And it says, 13:1, if you don’t have your Bibles just listen:

            Revelation 13: 1-4 < And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as [the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power...>

Hear this:

<...and the dragon gave him his power...>

This beast got power from the dragon.

<... and his seat, and great authority.

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?>

Revelation 13: 7-9<And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

If any man have an ear, let him hear. >

            It goes to show that you will have to be a child of God, gifted of God with a hearing ear to understand these mysteries here in the end-time. And I would simplify this for you, in Revelation 13 is spoken of two beasts, one beast came out of the sea. Now, beyond a shadow of doubt we have to identify this power by the works of this great power. This is a great power, now a beast in the Bible represents a power. Now this beast revealed from the mysteries of God today, is none other than the Roman Catholic Church. How do we know that it is the Roman Catholic Church? Because the Bible said that power and authority was given to this beast to kill the saints and overcome them. Now right on the Roman Martyrology of the Catholic Church is recorded sixty eight million martyrs that they put to death when they came into power. Now this here is the only power in history that made war with the Christian church and overcame them, it was the Catholic Church, we are talking about after Christ came. Authority was given unto him.

 

 

 

 

CONSTANTINE’S W.C.C

 

            Now, if you would look over in Daniel 7, there are four beasts that are represented here in the second verse: a leopard, a bear, a lion, and a dragon. Now these four powers represent four great kingdoms that existed in time past. And the four powers that existed in time past was first the Babylonian kingdom, second was the Medes and the Persians, the third was the Grecian Power, and the next one was Rome that is called the dragon. So now Rome being the red dragon, the Bible said, and the dragon gave his power and his authority and his seat unto the beast. And what was it, is that the Roman power that was ruling by emperors, Nero and all those great men, what happened is that kingdom fell and after the Roman power fell, then that power was turned over to the Catholic Church and instead of having emperors they crowned the first pope in 325AD. From that time, the Catholic Church ruled for a thousand years of dark ages and killed sixty eight million martyrs, that is only what they recorded, not what they did not record.      

Now, how was that power formed? We are talking about the beast, how was that power formed? Alright, Christianity came into the world and when Christianity was preached it exposed all those other religions. We had Christians preaching the gospel and we had people that came from all religions with their different creeds and dogmas and religious teachings. Now they started to have divisions because they started to mix their religions with Christianity. And over a period of time these divisions continued and then the emperor, Constantine, he saw a great, great opportunity to join church and state together. So now, trying to join church and state together, this is going to make up a power, this is going to make up a great powerful body upon the face of the earth. So now, they joined church and state in 325AD, they brought all the world religions together and all Christianity together that would cooperate with that, and they formed the World Council of Churches under Constantine, they brought all churches together, Constantine the Great they called him, he brought all religions together. And after bringing all religions together, they united all religions with the political power. In that time you had a one-world government and a one-world church. Now let me stop right here to say that that is exactly what we are heading to, we are heading right now to a one world government and a one world church. In this one world government and one world church is involved the beast, the image and his mark.

            Alright, now that was the beast, in 325AD governmental power was united with church power and they passed a law to be a catholic or die, sixty eight million martyrs refused to bow to the Roman Catholic Church and they died. Now when you fail to bow down to a great power and authority like that you are going to die. It shows that no matter how great the power is, and how great the authority is, and how all the world come together in their religions or their nations, there will be people that resist them. It shows that somebody will resist them, and its going to be the same thing in the end-time here, somebody will resist them, somebody will fight back, somebody will love their souls more than the things of this world, and that is what makes the difference. The thing that makes the difference is that people want life more than the world.

            So the beast was not an animal, the beast was none other than the Roman Catholic Church that was backed up by the government. Now when she got that power as a church, everything that failed to listen to her, she put to death. She outlawed the Bible, it was an offence punishable by death for you to have a Bible or to quote a verse of scripture. They outlawed the Bible, outlawed every other religion, and outlawed every other church. They exercised authority and power over the nations, kings trembled in their boots, they put to death who they wanted and kept alive who they wanted, and the standard for any religion was the laws that was passed at the Nicene Council. Now anybody could go into history and find what I am saying, the Catholic Church ruled for one thousand years of dark ages that is why it is called the dark ages, it was darkness. They took away the Bible, killed-out the preachers, killed-out the brethren, killed-out people that baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, killed people that believed in one God, killed people that dressed morally, killed women that wore their hair as they should wear it, killed people that would not commit adultery and would not live in fornication, I am telling you the truth, those were the kinds of people that died. The kind of people that died is the kind that would not belong to that World Council of Churches back there.

            I hope you get me real clear here this morning. I am showing you what the beast is. The beast was a religious power and it was the Catholic Church, it was not an animal. It was a religious power with authority to tell the world what to do, and if you refused to do what they told you to do, it was death. Then if we find out what is the beast, then what is the image to the beast then? I want everybody to think on that. Now if the beast over there was a religious power with authority to kill who they want and keep alive who they want, what will be the image of the beast? Wouldn’t the image of the beast be a religious power? And would they not have the same authority to tell you what to do and what not to do, what to believe and what not to believe? I believe so.             

 

 

IMAGE OF THE BEAST – RELIGIOUS POWER

 

Now, notice that this image to the beast, after a certain time, it was given power to speak. And I will show you right there in your Bible that the same power that the Roman Catholic church was given, is the same power that will be given to the image of the beast to kill everybody that don’t believe her. Right in your Bible, friend. We are living in this time here right now.

And what is the image to the beast? Now, get me real clear. The beast is none other than the Roman Catholic Church. How many says, “Amen?” [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Then, if the beast was a religious power, then the image got to be a religious power. And if the beast had power to put people to death, the image has power to put people to death. It is going to be another religious power on earth. And I have news for you, friend, that this religious power is right now upon the face of the earth and you and I will have to face it. You and I will have to face it and you got to be prepared to face it.

You will never be able to face this onslaught of the devil by being a church member, no sir, by living a backslidden, hypocritical life. No, my friend. There is a certain way to meet this challenge of the hour. There is a certain way to meet the challenge of the hour, friend, and you got to be prepared. You cannot meet the challenge of the hour by saying, “I come with my father. I come to church with my mother. By and by I will straighten up.” You cannot, brothers and sisters, meet the challenge of the hour by living a nasty life, by being rebellious to the Word of God, by being rebellious to correction. No sir.

You got to have something down inside of you and you will have to have the very article that they had in the early church age that withstood that religious power. You will have to have the same power. You must have the same power otherwise you can’t stand. Oh my! Here we are, brothers and sisters.

Now, what is the image? Everybody say, “A religious power.” [Congregation says, “A religious power!”] And what is the image to the beast? A religious power. There we are: a religious power with great authority. Yes. A religious power with great authority. You will be surprised to know, my friends, what the world council of churches will do to men and women that reject that doctrine of theirs. All right!

Who is behind making this image? Who is the sculptor? If you are going to have an image, you must have a sculptor. Come on, this is sweet. I say, if you have an image, you got to have a sculptor. All right! The third angel warned us about the beast, the image and the mark. But there got to be other scriptures that tell us more about this image, more about this mark that we might know where it is coming from, who is behind it, who is framing it, who is commanding this thing and who is the sculptor behind it. And I have news for you: USA is the sculptor. The United States of America is this sculptor. United States of America is this great aggressor. United States of America is the one that is behind forming another religious world power that all the world must obey or die.

 “We will have to find it in our Bibles, Brother Bruce.” Yes. We could find it too. America is that one. And we have come as the church of God, closer to the formation of this world council of churches and this one-world government by modern events that took place in America recently, closer than we ever were, right now. And I am going to show you how that is going to work, my friend. All right! I want to find the sculptor. Open your Bibles; we have to see him there. Yes. All right! Eleventh verse, everybody. All right! Notice, my brothers and sisters, in 13: 1 there was a beast come from the sand of the sea. Is that right? Now, 13: 11 tells us about another beast. All right!

Revelation 13: 11-14 <And I beheld another beast coming up out of...>

What? Let everybody say it. [Congregation says, “Earth!”])

Now, this was Newfoundland which was discovered by Columbus, and a nation was formed in the land of America from all parts of the world. They were running from persecution from the pope and Bloody Mary in England. Is that right? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] So now, there arose a great power in America: Newfoundland.

<And I beheld another beast coming up out of the...?>

[Congregation says, “Earth!”] That’s Newfoundland.

<...and he had (what?) two horns like a lamb...>

Now, he is pretending to be a Christian nation. And America claims to be the Christian nation.

Now, let me stop here for a moment, my brother. The last time I missed that. The two horns like a lamb: one is political power and the next is religious power, showing you that America is one of the superpowers in the world, politically. But then the next horn represents a world council of churches, a religious power that is coming out of that nation. All right, now watch it.

This, America will start speaking like the devil himself and they will start speaking like old Rome. Always get in mind when you are studying the scriptures: the dragon is old Rome and the beast is the Catholic church and you will have great understanding. The red dragon was old Rome. It became red because the colour of Rome is red. The colour of the Catholic Church is red.

He starts speaking like Rome of old, which was the devil’s kingdom. Now, notice, 12th verse:

 

 

SCULPTOR IDENTIFIED

 

<...And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast...>

The first beast is the Catholic Church. So now, America will start behaving like the Catholic Church that killed sixty-eight million martyrs. You say, “Is it America?” Just now, read.

<...before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast...>

America is going to take the world back to worship Rome, the Catholic Church. All right!

<...whose deadly wound was healed.

And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.>

Of course, now according to the revelation of the mysteries, this was the loosing of the atomic bomb. America caused fire to come down from heaven in the sight of men when they dropped the two nuclear bombs on Japan.

And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles (scientific technologies. Scientific achievements.)

How many see who is the sculptor now? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] The nation that brought down fire from heaven was none other than America. And after a certain time, they made the suggestion, America said, “Let us come together and make a power like Rome, make a power like the Catholic Church. Let us make a world council of churches. Let us put it together.” This is the sculptor right here. This is your sculptor right here. This is the "big Satan" that the Muslims hate up to today because of her immorality, because of all their Hollywood business. Right in your Bible, my friend, who is the one behind this religious power? The one behind this religious power is America. The Bible warned us about the beast, the image and his mark. Here the Bible in the thirteenth chapter continues to tell us how this image is coming about. The image is coming about by a certain sculptor. Right now, for years upon years, they had been working behind the scene.

Now, when anybody works and tries to make an image, the sculptor keeps his work a secret; he locks up himself in a room and he has a big sheet, and whenever he chips on that image or piece of rock to make what he is making, he covers it over. How many know that? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] He covers it over and he locks it. Nobody must see what is being made. But when he has perfected his work, then he removes the veil. He removes the veil and then he brings it into public to show what he had been doing for fifty years etc.

 It’s the same thing America had been doing. For decades now, she had been putting the world council of churches together, and one of these days she will reveal it in public, and the revealing of that image is something sudden. So they had been working on this image for a long time, putting the Baptist together, putting the Pentecostals together, bringing the Charismatic meetings together; yes, I’m telling you; bring the world church into it. This pope is the most widely travelled pope. He joined the east and west together. He jumped back and brought the Lutherans together, he brought the Methodist together. And the Pentecostals are right in there. And she is bringing them together over the years. By bringing these things together, she is chipping on the image. Oh yes. America is behind supporting all these things; and she is chipping on this image, saying “This piece don’t belong here,” and chips it out. Right, his eyes have to be formed. Oh yes. His feet got to be formed.

So now, while you are sleeping in your bed and you are taking me for granted, friend, and you are saying, “This thing is not going to come right way,” America is chipping on the image. She is chipping on the image. While people backslide, go out and drink rum, cuss, smoke, gamble, run around with unsaved men, put up a defence when they correct them; America is chipping on the image. And if you don’t correct your spirit, sister, if you don’t correct your spirit, this thing is going to catch you unawares.

Proverbs 28: 13 <He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.>

You got to come out, confess your sins and make it right. America is chipping on the image. Listen to me, brother, don’t be afraid to tell anybody that. America is now forming a religious power that will govern all religions of the world, and they will allow that power to kill everybody that resists that. America is doing that now. The sculptor is at work. She has certain reasons for doing that, and we are going to get it after a while. This is a serious affair. While you are seated here this morning rejoicing, America is chipping away on the image. When she perfects that image, it only takes a little bit to remove the veil.

Like any other sculptor: they bring it out into the public, put a veil on it, people come to see it, and then the sculptor in all his pride, decked off and he pulls back the veil of the image and the people go up in a roar to see what was being made for the pass twenty years that this man was chipping away on this stone.

Now, the world council of churches is almost formed. America chipped away on that for decades upon decades. And she is going to pass a law to come into the world council of churches, worldwide or die. This is a serious thing we are going to face, children. And I am reminding you that you got to be ready. I am reminding you that you got to put down your foolishness. I am reminding you that you got to get serious with God; you got to want Life more than anything else in this world. It is the only way.

“America’s chipping away on that image, you say, Brother Bruce?” Exactly what I am saying! That’s the sculptor. America is behind creating this religious body, as Constantine was behind making a religious body to rule the world. All the presidents know about it. All the great men know what is going to happen. And this is very important because the world is going to go bankrupt, and America knows that. She knowing that, already has the solution. The solution is to make a world council of churches and the pope will backup the dollar by his gold. Very, very simple.

All right! Let me read this. I don’t think we could ever read this enough.

 

 “BILL CLINTON SIGNS BILL TO PERSECUTE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS”

H.R. 2431

 

“American President Bill Clinton has signed into law a bill, which will impose economic measures or sanctions against any religious group, which will refuse to unite with the rest of religions of the world. The bill called international Religious Freedom Act has been signed into law with reference number H.R 2431. This bill which has now become law, will approve or disapprove licenses for Pastors, Priests, teachers, evangelist, and also bring sanctions against individuals, churches and religious organizations that do not comply with “Federal guidelines”.

Particularly note worthy is that under this law punishment has been stated for individuals or groups who commit hate crimes by asserting that their religions their scripture or their deity is exclusive or superior to others. Such a statement as “ I am the lord and there is no one above me”. If found in the scripture of any religion becomes illegal and attracts imprisonment to members of such a group. Pastor, priest, or official of such a religion will have their licenses withdrawn, so that it becomes altogether illegal for them to discuss their religious convictions with anyone.

This development has brought to a climax series of underground arrangements to unite all the religions in the world into one, and to punish severely all those who will oppose such a move. For about two decades now, the churches have worked on a hidden agenda to unite all the churches under the pope, and to use the pope as a central figure to unite all the religions of the world into one. This program of unification has been substantially achieved through the world council of churches, WCC. The program has now filtered into various denominations, which are at the moment working out several grounds of co-operation, and subsequently, unification.

In the last ten years, the extent of dialogue and co-operation between the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Communion has been enormous. The Anglican–Roman Catholic inter-consultative council (ARCIC) a commission set up under the archbishop of Canterbury, has worked extensively on grounds of co-operation between the Anglican Communion and the Roman Catholic Church. Series of liturgical reforms in the Anglican Communion suggest that greater grounds for unity with Rome are being explored.

Recently the current archbishop of Canterbury, His grace most reverend George Carey was widely quoted in the media as requesting the Roman Catholic pontiff pope John Paul 11 to remove the denominational barriers in the administration of the sacraments. According to archbishop, sacraments belong to the lord, not to the denomination. Observers see the request as highly significant, because the removal of denominational barriers in the sacraments will, in fact, mean a unification of the denominations. The church is in fact being unified again under the pope. The major political attraction to this unification exercise is the increasing threats of Islamic terrorists and the fundamentalists all over the world. A unified church is believed to be in a position to present a common front on matters of politics, economy, and the dispensation of international military might. But the unification program is larger than just the fusion of the church. The objective is to first unite the church under the pope, and next to use the pope as a central, international figure to unify all religions into one.

The Christian fundamentalists, (that is born again Christians) in the various church denominations are looking at the unification agenda with great suspicion. They are already getting prepared to rebuff the move as an anti-Christ motive. Such Christians will refuse to be part of the unification move. With the passage of this bill into law in America, every person holding any religious opinion is under compulsion to adhere to the federal guidelines on the practice of religion. Accordingly, it will be an offence, punishable by imprisonment, for anyone to reject the unification of religions, and to present his or her religion as the only way to heaven. Born again Christian believe (as the bible said it) that Jesus Christ is the only way to God.

This view Already offends that law and is punishable by imprisonment. Soon this law that has been passed n America, will be made effective in all the nations of the world, through the instrumentality of the United Nations organizations.

The objective to unify all religions into one has been proposed as a way of preventing religious crisis all over the world. It is believed that if all worshippers worship one God clashes between rival religious groups will be wiped out. Already, multi -faith worships are being organized in many of the church denominations, especially the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Communion. Also, inter-faith dialogue is going on at various levels in church.

On the basis of this on – going dialogue, the main-line churches are beginning to propose new ways of looking at Biblical interpretation and doctrinal stands, so that the view can be projected that all religions ultimately lead to the same goal, and as such, it is not important to attempt to woo someone from his original religion unto another. In this light, special commissions are being set up in these main-line churches to propose “better” interpretation of the documents of faith to accommodate the view that all religions ultimate achieve the same goal. It is this notion that the born again Christians in all the denominations see as part of anti- Christ agenda, and they determine not to be part of it. And this law has been passed in America to ensure that such Christians do not see the light of the day.”

Now, the man that passed this law is the former president, Bill Clinton and he passed that law, and it is enacted in law as H.R. 2431. Brothers and sisters, those who they send to prison and those who they kill, they are going to send them for breaking the law, H.R. 2431. You better get familiar with it.

“Why did you break law HR 24: 31?” We will tell them why, and we have men that will stand up and tell them why. “Because it’s of the devil: because it is taking us back to Rome; because it is the worship of the beast. It is because we don’t want the mark of the beast. That is why there are people specially born to withstand this in the end time. “And all whose name was not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world shall worship the beast. Let me tell you something, people whose names were written in the Lamb’s book of Life before the foundation of the world. They are not going to worship that image. They are not going to worship that beast. They are not going to take that mark. Yes.

“How do I know that my name is written in the Lamb’s book of Life?” I am going to tell you right here. How many want to find out? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] I know you already know that. How do you know that? You want eternal life more than anything else in this life. You say, “If I could have a dream that my name is there, I will feel better; or, Brother Bruce, if I could get a vision and see if my name is in there.” Brothers and sisters, the devil could give you a dream and he could give you a vision. Let me tell you something, nobody knows your heart more than you, and you know what you want more than anything else in this life. And if you know down in your heart: “I want Life more than anything else in this world,” your name was written in the Lamb’s book of Life before the foundation of the world.

But if you don’t care anything about this ministry, if you don’t care anything about the Word, nothing about if you go to hell or go to the lake of fire, you don’t care anything but you want some woman, you want some man, you want some adultery; your name may not be there, not after hearing what you hear.

Church, the devil is getting ready to closedown the church. The governments are getting ready to close down the church. By that time you got to have what you are supposed to have in your soul. Right this morning, you better make up your mind for what you want. If you want to come and sleep here; this is no place to sleep here. You want to come here, go and commit fornication; this is no place for that. You want to come here and live in adultery, and you want to run away with some unsaved man somewhere, then come and lie right on the pulpit here when there are other witnesses that saw you fellowshipping with that unsaved man when you were supposed to be in service here. You took the whole session of service and fellowship with that man and then come and lie on the pulpit. Repent or perish!

There is no excuse with God. All hypocrites are going through the tribulation. All hypocrites will never receive this outpouring of the Holy Spirit. All right!

 

 

GREAT INFLUENCE OF USA - TERRORISM

 

For America to suggest to the whole world, “Let us make a religious power, to govern all religions and bring a world council of churches together,” that nation must have plenty influence. The Bible said that her influence is tied up in her scientific achievements. It started off with the atomic bomb. Now, that influence of America is not dead. No. Now, the influence of America was displayed several years ago, what was it? 1990 somewhere there? It was displayed when she got the whole world together to fight Iraq, Saddam Hussein. That coalition was very small in comparison to what is going on now. Now, something happened in the United States and it has displayed to the world the influence of America. And what I am talking about is the influence of a nation. A nation got to have plenty influence to say, “All religions come together.” Who is going to listen? How are you going to bring the Mohammedans together? How are you going to get those Catholics together? How’re going to get the Baptist, how’re going to get the Pentecostals together? Don’t you know that a nation got to have plenty influence to influence all those people?

Brothers and sisters, we have seen that displayed before our very eyes. I don’t want to bore you this morning with terrorist attacks, terrorist attack, terrorist attack. We are talking about the influence of America. When this happened in America, overnight, the influence of America stretched across the world. All right! She brought in Russia on her side. She brought in India on her side. She brought in Pakistan on her side. She brought in the Chinese. China came on her side. England came on her side. Arabia came over on her side. Turkey came over on her side. Don’t you know that takes up all the great powers of the world? Don’t you know that picks up all the great powers of the world? What kind of influence America has that will cause all these nations, down to the very Muslims, to join her to fight against terrorism?

Now, I will tell you something, brothers and sisters, the whole world feels threatened by terrorism, the whole world. Now, I believe that is the doing of the Almighty. And everybody wants to be together that in-case their country is attacked, they will have the support of the others.

Now, overnight America showed her influence, her world influence, immediately. Now, look at what they are doing in Afghanistan. My brother, in my book that is murder! You went over there and murdered civilians; and they expect one hundred thousand people to die of starvation, civilians, when the winter comes in two weeks time. Now, that is murder. I don’t agree with what went on in New York, the seven thousand people that died and all the terrorism, but I mean to say brothers and sisters, that you cannot go and kill civilians because your civilians died, and that is exactly what is happening over there. Innocent people are dying, and you expect one hundred thousand Afghans to die from hunger, starvation and cold when the winter comes in the middle of this month. Now, America has the backing. She has the power behind her.

Did they prove that Bin Laden really did what was done? Did they produce the facts of it? [Congregation says, “No!”] Now, such is the influence and power of America. If she says, “Let us go and kill this nation here;” it is done, and that was demonstrated in Iraq. All right! Saddam Hussein lost one and a half million people. Nobody cried about that. Sure. My brothers and sisters, we are not on anybody’s side. We are on God’s side. Justice is justice and right is right.

I am trying to show you that with the influence of America. She was able to gather all nations against terrorists overnight. All right! Here we are, friends. Let me say something. Bush made a boast that America would lead the whole world to combat and destroy terrorism and all the world agreed together. And they said that Afghanistan is just one of them, they have to attack other nations.    

Now, do you know that the Afghans, nobody ever fully conquered them yet? Now, Alexander the Great tried to conquer the Afghans, Alexander the Great who conquered the world had to back-off from them because where they live is a natural fortress. They live inside of the mountains and hide in the mountains. England went in there and tried to conquer them and had to leave. Russia went in there for nine years, and had to leave and come out with one hundred thousand soldiers, and back off from the Afghans. Now, brothers and sisters, America has gone in with the whole world to try to conquer the Afghans. Now, let me suggest this. I suggest that if America succeeds in conquering Afghanistan, which is almost unconquerable, her influence will become greater and they will listen to America and upon whatever she says how to fight terrorism. She would be the leader. Now, think of what I am saying. Brothers and sisters, if America, with the coalition, defeats the Afghans, destroys the Taliban, she will get a big feather in her cap. Now, Bush knows that and he will go all out, and he said that the bombing would not stop. He is going all out. He was recently voted into parliament and he cannot afford to lose that war, even though innocent people must die. Now, if America wins that war, she will be the only nation since the days of Alexander the Great that ever conquered the Afghans. That will be a great feather in his cap. That will be even greater influence that America is going to exercise.

Now, let me tell you something about that terrorism now. We are still on the image to the beast. Watch it. Now, let me call to your attention right here, that this war against terrorism is going to become something religious and right now it is shaping up that way. So I call your attention, first of all, to let you know that the terrorist attack that is presently, with the Anthrax, terrorist act that went on the eleventh of September, I want you to know that they are blaming religious fanatics for it. They are saying that the doctrines of these religious fanatics are the problem. Put one and one and you will find out the answer: religious fanatics. Brothers and sisters, there is a very easy way to control a religious fanatic other than bombs, other than war, other than the lost of hundreds of lives. [Congregation says, “Amen!”] Now, if all the world comes together the same way like America brought them together to throw bombs, don’t you know that they will come together overnight and make laws to control any religious fanatic, and instead of having to throw a bomb, they control the doctrines of the fanatics, of the religions, and that will be an easier way? The easier way is to enact laws and they already know where this is heading, friend. Clinton already has a law there, the government of USA has that law and all that they have to do, is to take this law through the united nations and enact that law in all the countries of the world, to tell you who is a Christian, who is a Muslim, who is a Hindu, who should preach and who should not preach. Very, very simple.

America has that power and the Bible said she will do that. She will tell them, “Let us make an image to the beast.” And after she tells them to make an image to the beast, she is going to give power to the world council of churches, to say who should speak and who should not speak, who should be a church and who should not have a church, who should have a license and who should not have a license. Now, it is right in your Bible. Do you still have your Bible? Let us look in your Bible. Let us look at it there. We still have a little time. All right! She already said, “Let us make an image to the beast.” Now look at your 15th verse:

 

 

IMAGE POWER TO SPEAK – SHOULD BE KILLED

 

Revelation 13: 15-18 <And he (America) had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be...>

What? [Congregation says, “Killed!”] You are talking about the power that is going to be invested into the world council of churches. Is this power going to act like the Roman Catholic Church? Would she have the power to kill everybody that resists her? Is it an image to the beast? Is it a religious power like Rome? [Congregation says, “Yes!”] Exactly! I will read that over again. Let us read the 15th verse.

<And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be (what? [Congregation says, “Killed!”] killed.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.>

Now, do you see where your mark of the beast is coming from? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] The mark of the beast is coming from the world council of churches and Rome. They are going to issue that decree. You must honour this great religious body that is made and you must honour Rome. There we are. All right!

Something I want to bring out. Brothers and sisters, this body that is being formed right now, it was being formed in secret all the time. Now, it has no power. It has no power. Now, there comes a time that America is going to give the world council of churches power to speak. What is power to speak? Brothers and sisters, when she says who is a preacher, that’s a preacher. When she says who will live, will live. When she says who is supposed to die, will die. When she says what is a church, that will be a church. When she says which church to be closed down, she has the power to speak. And anything that resists her power, she is also given power to sentence them to death. What I am telling you here today is the truth. Whether some of you heard that or not, this religious power that is now coming on the earth is formed, right now. It has already been formed and the law is already made. Beloved, the law has already been made! It is right in America.

And I believe and I suggest, brothers and sisters, that this terrorism is going to swing and take a religious form, and they will come to find out that they cannot continue to kill civilians like that, that they will have to enact laws to govern all religions, and that will be the safest thing, that will be the most humane thing, that will be the sensible thing and that will be the thing that they should do.

“Let us pass a law to clamp down on all fanatics. “ They will have laws to show you what is a fanatic and what is not a fanatic. If you could baptize in Father, Son and Holy Ghost, you are not a Christian fanatic. If you believe in the trinity, you are not a fanatic. If you believe that the pope is the leader of Christianity, you are not a fanatic. If you believe that all the churches should be one, you are not a fanatic. But if you believe in baptism in Jesus name, you are a fanatic. If you believe a woman should not preach, you are qualified as a fanatic. If you believe a woman should not wear pants you become a fanatic, you become a cult. Do you see where it is heading? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] If you believe in one God, you are a fanatic. If you do not belong to the world council of churches, you are a fanatic.

O my, I am running out of time. O brothers and sisters, I tell you, we are nearing this thing. I am saying, the law is already passed for a one-world religion, to bring all these organizations together. They have already decreed what to do with people that resist it. Where are we living?

I believe that this war on terrorism will swing to something religious and they will bring that law and enforce it in the whole world.

 

 

ALL CHURCHES RETAIN THEIR IDENTITIES – W.C.C.

 

And I want to make something abundantly clear to you on the world council of churches and the formation of the world council of churches, which is going on right now. The Muslims will never become Catholics. Catholics will never become Muslims. Pentecostals will never become Catholics. How is this union going to be? Now, this union of the world council of churches has already drawn up legislation and has already put laws in place, and the unionization is going to come in this way. They are going to wean out all fanatics from the Muslim religion. They are going to wean out all fanatics from the Catholic Church, all fanatics from the Pentecostal church. And they are going to make laws to govern this great religious body. The Muslims that are coming in there to unionize have to abide by those laws, not become Christians. The Pentecostals that go in there, they must abide by the laws of the world council of churches. Do you catch what I mean? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] The Jews... “Brother Bruce, be careful there.” The Jews that goes into the world council of churches will have to abide by those laws.

Catholics will never become Muslims. Muslims will never become Catholics. Pentecostals will never become Baptists. I will tell you, brothers and sisters, all religions will retain their identity. All will retain their identity.

Isaiah 4: 1 <And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.>

They are going to eat their own Muslim bread, own Catholic bread. They are going to wear their own apparel of identification, their same spirit, “...but let us be called by thy name. Seven women shall take hold of one man in that day.” And all these churches coming together, they are going to take hold of the pope and they will bow down to him.

So now, get this picture clear. Muslims will never become Catholics. Pentecostals will never become Baptists. Every one of them will retain their own identity. And in order to join the world council of churches, they will have to break down some of their doctrines. And you see how it is written there? They must not project themselves as the absolute or say anything to show that the other religion is not right or halfway right. That will take a long time to show you how they will break that and fit that.

Now, they are closer to an agreement on the communion. And do you know Brother Branham said that when they agree together on the communion, the world council of churches will be formed? Read it right in that tract. Brother Branham said that, you know. He said, “The only thing that the Protestants and the Catholics disagree upon is on the communion. One say it is the body and the next one say it represents the body. And in this law out here, brothers and sisters, that was passed, it said that they are right now coming together on the communion. “Nations are breaking; Israel’s awaking, the signs that the prophets foretold, Gentiles days are numbered with horrors incumbent, return O dispersed to your own. For the day of redemption is not near. It is here. Men’s hearts are failing for fear.” Yes sir!

Did you get me there? The world council of churches will put laws and principles into place. In order to belong to this great religious body out here now, if the Baptist comes, they have to sign documents that they will abide by those laws. Oh my, I am coming to something. Brother, the Pentecostals come in, they will sign that they will abide by those laws. Catholics, everybody will come together.

 

 

NOT ALL GO INTO W.C.C.

 

There are going to be some people, and some preachers and some believers that would not sign to that. That is where your problem is. Brothers and sisters, the people out of the Pentecostals; there are people in the Pentecostal churches who would not agree to that and they will come out of it. I tell you. There are people in the Baptist who hate the pope and they know that is the mark of the beast. They are not going to stand for that. There are people in the Muslim religion who would not go in with that. So now, don’t you think that it is only you that follow this message are going to withstand that.

Oh my, I want to read a wonderful scripture here. Now, Israel will go into it but it has a bunch that would not sign to it. Do you know that? [Congregation says, “Amen1!”] I want to read it right in my Bible here. Now, concerning the one hundred and forty-four thousand in the fourteenth chapter of the book of Revelation that was with the Lord, hear what the Bible said:

Revelation 14: 4 - 5 <These are they which were not defiled with women...>

Do you know that women represent churches? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] They did not go into the world council of churches, so they were not defiled with women.

<...for they are virgins...>

Now, this is symbolic. They are virgins. They are not defiled with Pentecostals, nor Baptist, nor Pentecostals, nor the confederation of churches.

<...These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.>  

Now brother, that was Revelation 14. I started from the first verse right to the fifth verse. Now, I read that to show you that there will be a bunch of people out of Israel, one hundred and forty-four thousand people that will say, “No! We are not going into the world council of churches. We are not going to sign to those laws.” Do you know what will happen to them? How many know? One hundred and forty-four thousand Jews were martyred, proving to you that the world council of churches has the power to put people to death who disagree with it.

There is going to be another group of people too; out of all religions, there comes a handful of people, and out of that handful of people, out of the Baptists, Pentecostals, Methodists and everything, they are going to withstand that because they know enough that that is the mark of the beast. Some are going to end up in the millennium. Now, these millions of people that come out of these religions - thank God we came out already. Now, we came out - they are going to be in the minority. Brothers and sisters, let us say one hundred million comes out, let us say five hundred million, can that withstand six billion people? [Congregation says, “No!”] So now, that is what is going to happen. They are going to be in the minority.

Listen to me, the same spirit that came upon Hitler to pass a law of genocide, it is the same spirit that is going to work in the world council of churches right now, and they will pass that law and give power to the world council of churches to kill that minority. And if they could get rid of these terrorists out of all religions; I said, ‘terrorists’ out of all religions: “then we could make a world of peace. Then our children could have freedom. Then we could live in peace” because religious fanatics are the worst fanatics in the world.

Do you see the trap that they are coming too? Every religion is going to have somebody that will resist them, and over a period of time they will group together. And these people that come out of organizations will find out that there was a third angel. His name was William Branham. He opened the mysteries and he warned about this mark of the beast. Let the musicians come forward. They will know that, and after they know that, what will happen is that these people will come out of the organizations. Preaching will be going on at that time in power, to strengthen these people and to enlighten them but they will catch themselves too late.  So now, they come out of all organizations and they will come around the people of God.

There is a people going to withstand them again and that is the followers of William Branham. So now people get the idea that only the followers of Malachi 4 are going to withstand the mark of the beast, and only they will be persecuted. No sir. People of all religions are going to come out.

Let me tell you, brothers and sisters, these people that come out of organizations, they will have a certain problem: “What to do? Where to go? Who to follow?” And about that same time, they will hear missing limbs and arms are being created, that the dead are being raised and the crippled legs are being made straight, and judgements are falling upon guards, and upon policemen and upon soldiers that try to arrest these people. They will come. They will come around the end time Bride that has this power and they will say, “We are sorry. We condemned Brother Branham. Our preachers told us that he was a false prophet but we now understand that he was sent to help us through this hour of temptation.” Many of them will receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Many of them will receive the outpouring of the Holy Ghost. Many of them are elected of God. And brothers and sisters, the time will draw closer, yes!

FEW MARTYRS – CREATIVE POWER

 

I am telling you, one or two of us might die but this is not a martyrdom affair. My brothers and sisters, this end time Bride is going to have the victory. Every person that gets that outpouring will be endued with power from on high. This church is going away in victory. They might close our church down but they can’t take the Word out of our hearts. They will stop us from preaching but they cannot take the Holy Ghost from our hearts. So it is not going to be a martyrdom affair - no sir. My brothers and sisters, not this time. A few frontline men may die and they will die willingly but the church will be endued with what they had on the day of Pentecost. I am telling you. Our enemies will die right before us. Fire will come down and burn them right in our presence. So you are not alone, friend.

Something is going to happen. When they tell us that we cannot buy and sell; that is why the third pull ministry, the creative power, it has to come into existence. And I quote Brother Branham from, “New Ministry,” he said:

“One of these days the world council of churches will swing together but then you will see a God that could multiply the bread again.” I say, He will multiply the bread.” He said, “If God fed them in the wilderness in the days of Moses He could feed the church again.

 

YOUR HOLY SPIRIT SHALL FEED THEM AS YOU DID IN THE WILDERNESS

 

Quote W.M.B.: E-69 ... in the Scriptures that Jesus, our Lord, said, "He that believeth on Me, the works that I do, shall he also." ... O Lord, I believe the hour is soon coming that when the loaves and fishes will be multiplied. There'll come a mark of the beast soon. There'll come a confederation of churches, and they'll put out a sign that--a unionized church that no man can buy or sell. And Your Church, it won't bother them; for Your Holy Spirit shall lead them and feed them as You did Israel in the wilderness. (New Ministry 59-1115).

I want to see a God like that. I want to see the power of God demonstrated. Oh yes. The sons of Jacob are coming to Joseph again. They will cry for bread in a time of famine. They are coming, brothers and sisters. They will humble themselves.

We have glorious times coming. O brethren, we might suffer for a little food here and there, we might lose our jobs, we will lose our houses, we will lose our lands, but we don’t want it. If you are going away in a rapture, what do you want that for? If I am going away in the rapture, take my house, take my land, take everything that you want. We are going away in a rapture. That’s the thing behind it. So we don’t care anything. You might suffer a little bit, you might lose a little work, you might lose some money. If you have the money in the bank they lock it up, you can’t get it out. You don’t need it. I am saying that we don’t know it. The hour is coming, friend.

It is going home time. I urge every soul in here to make ready. It is going home time. You are going to see a living God come on the scene. He will create the bread. He will make bread. He will multiply the fishes. Yes. Some of us want some starving. It will be nice if we starve for a couple weeks; in any case, we are overweight. Oh yes. I say, in any case we are overweight. Yes. That will bring God on the scene. I want to see God come on the scene and create the bread. Right now we depend upon jobs. Right now we depend upon houses, we depend upon money, we depend upon money in the bank. The hour is coming, friend, when that squeeze comes down upon the earth, we will look up to the Lord and start crying, then you will see a God come on the scene. How many believe this? [Congregation says, “Amen!”] I believe; help thou my unbelief. Yes sir.

Give us a song there, brother. Let us all stand. Praise the living God! Thank you for your Word, Lord. Thank you for your grace. Thank You for Your people. Bless them, Lord.
